The job went very well, the crew is very knowledgable and professional. The punctuality issue was minor, they would advise an early start time and then not show until noon. Not a big deal, but they could have called. In fairness, I told them up front the bathroom was not in use so there was no hurry and they could schedule it around other thing on their calendar. They did an excellent job, it looks beautiful.

My experience overall went excellently. They provided great work. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pricing was comparable to others. They were dependable and worked right through until the job was job was finished. I would highly recommend this service provider to others.

Mark's team was phenominal. They tested one area to ensure their approach would work, and it was spot on. The crew is polite, they work hard and take pride in what they do. Mark is also VERY intelligent about all phases of remodels including flooring, tile cabinets and windows. He's a great resource to have on site...
