Mr. Crane (the owner), personally came with his assistant and did the installation. It is a tough, messy job, but they were very professional, courteous and kept a neat jobsite. Mr. Crane is a pleasure to deal with and took the time to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had. He uses floor cement and other products that are non-allergenic and enviornmentally friendly, and that made the job much easier to live with. We did not have any odors from the floor cement, and they always cleaned up after.We would be pleased to recommend Joseph Crane to anyone and would certainly use him in the future for any flooring needs.
