I called AirAnomics for an appointment and was given the availability, cost and method of cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later and was asked if wanted to be on cancellation call to which I replied in the affirmative. I was told awaiting a call back for appointment scheduled within the hour and if not received would call me back. Received a call from the owner asking if could come in an hour as no call back from scheduled call. AirAnomics arrived on time, followed requests for not entering/exiting from home without me being by door because of my cats, performed the work in professional manner, cleaned up some dust droppings from disconnect of hose, presented the bill as quoted, returned water hose to coil that had used to wash out vacuum filter and departed. I asked if they had a yearly reminder list in their database and was told that they do not like to present the company as pushing for biz, however would appreciate if I called them again next year. I assured them I would mark my calendar and do so.
