We are a paving contractor that specializes in home owner and smaller commerical work. We do complete installations to maintenance. We also do asphalt sealing and parking lot striping. We also install asphalt millings, and lime rock drives. In addition we also install aprons with culverts and do grading of fill dirt and lime rock on your site.

"Across County Paving, specializes in asphalt and asphalt maintenance products. The client had us do repair woek to brick mortar collums which were all at different elevations and different degrees of deterioration due to vandalism. The client had us use inferior products for the repairs. The second project in questions was in a stairwell with high traffic and the attachment points were damaged to such a degree that the railing could not be attached in same point due to being structurally damaged. I tried to explain this to The client but apparently she did not understand this. We attached the railing 2" away from where previously attached. This location allowed us to structually install this railing. We understand she and we would be legaly libal for any problems from this railing failing, this is why the rail could not be install in same position. I have been in business for 18+ years for myself, the client needs to consider all the variables involved with commercial work in a stairwell in a boys fraternity house. The cliedt never implied any dissatisfaction, on any of these projects with me. The one project we asked for an additional $50.00 due to not specializing in brick masonry projects.
