Accident Cleaners Inc

When I met Mr. Pinkson, he advised me that he was a firefighter and cleanup specialist and he could take care of the cleanup without any problem. When I asked for an estimate, he informed me that he worked within the insurance price guidelines and that he collected direct from the Insurance company. The cleanup was worse than the accident. Pinkson's 2 employees demolished the lower kitchen cabinets, sink and threw them in a heap in the middle of the living room floor! They did the same in the bathroom except when they ripped out the sink, they damaged the plumbing in the wall causing a leak that ruined the apartment ceiling below. The employee's of Accident Cleaners would return every few days, work for an hour and leave. The process continued for approximately 2 weeks for a total of approximately 20 hours. My insurance company refused to pay Mr. Pinkson's bill of approximately $7800.00 citing that it was an overcharge. Furthermore, they explained to me that only the kickplates should have been removed from the cabinets and/or they should have been unscrewed from the wall instead of demolishing them. For the next serveral months Mr. Pinkson began dunning me for the bill until the Insurance Company finally sent me a check in the amount of $4,273.37 and I promptly paid this amount to Accident Cleaners, Inc. They put a lien on my property for $7900.00 several months ago and I was unaware of this action until this past month as there had been no contact from Mr. Pinkson. At this time, Mr. Pinkson is suing me for approximately $7800.00 and I called him several days ago to offer $8,000.00 which he refused. Now he is demanding $11,000.00 for pain and suffering! Be extremely careful when dealing with Accident Cleaners, Inc they are very litigious. They will not give you an estimate, they will send you a padded bill and if you do not pay their exorbitant charges they will sue. I would never recommend these companies, these people are completely dishonest and they will put liens on your propery and sue you.
