Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The bracelet broke after three wearings. I called them up, but they said they don't repair silver. It seemed fine in the shop, and they said they would give me a warranty for it. However, when I called the shop, they said that the warranty was not for the bracelet, but for a ring I had also purchased, and would not refund or exchange the purchase.
