Galaxy staff were there at exactly the time they promised. John, Kim, and Nick did an outstanding job of wiring for our two light kits and TV. They were very friendly and incredibly efficient. The guys hanging the TV were also amazing. The Galaxy team finished a pretty complex task of wiring and hanging the light kits, changing out the switches, installing a new receptacle for the TV, and hanging the TV in about two hours. I would have bet it would take at least half a day. I will definitely call them first for any future electrical needs.

I have a 13 year old Bose Lifestyle home entertainment system that just recently developed audio volumes control issues. I contacted Galaxy, who did the original installation, for service. They sent Robert, one of their technicians, to my home. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and get the system functioning like normal. However, to my surprise the audio did not work in the adjacent rooms. I tried everything...even going through the Bose set up manual. I called Galaxy again for service. Robert came back and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was polite, quick to solve the problem, and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Galaxy.

We were very happy with the work done, but they have not cashed our check from almost four weeks ago. We've called the office five times to no avail. No one wants their check left uncashed for that long.

We have worked with many so - so contractors while living in The Villages.  I can say without hesitation that this company was phenomenal!  We stopped by their showroom on Wednesday afternoon and met with the supervisor who answered all our questions and showed us the actual product that would be used and demonstrated it for us.  We were surprised when they told us that they could install our new under cabinet lighting 2 days later.  Not only were they prompt arriving the job, but performed professionally, with great knowledge of their job, and provided services well beyond the scope of the work being done.  They cleaned up all work debris, and even vacuumed over the cabinets without my asking.  They even replaced the decorative pieces that I had above the cabinets, making sure they were placed exactly where I wanted them.  The job took longer than they expected due to unexpected circumstances.  They were most professional and did not rush the job.  We love our new under cabinet lighting, and would highly recommend Galaxy Home Solutions and Bill and Jason without hesitation.

They've done work for us before. They set up on time and did what they were supposed to.
