"Please see the updated report from [Member Name Removed] on 6/29/18. The heavy demand from the May rains had our mail box full and we didn't get some of the calls from [Member Name Removed]. We did finally get a message from [Member Name Removed] and got back to her, and fixed her problem."
"The estimate totaled $4,550, not $6,000 as stated. The approval was received four days after the estimate was emailed to him, not immediately as he claims. Repairs are scheduled in the order approvals are received. However, the required deposit clearly defined in his particular estimate was never submitted. Therefore, a binding contract was never in place. Failure to submit the required deposit implied his decision not to use our services or at least, brought his intention to pay at all into question. Regardless of the environmental conditions, our company does not practice high pressure sales tactics."
"A hurricane that affects the entire state of Florida, and beyond, requires prioritizing the hundreds of daily calls, texts and emails according to severity of damage and location. Customers requesting us to "check the roof" will naturally receive a lower priority than homes with active roof leaks or structural damage. Currently, homes with active roof leaks in need of repair continue to receive top priority. As these issues subside, our attention will then include homes with superficial and cosmetic needs such as a couple broken or missing tile and "check the roof"."

Customers with severe roof damage and active roof leaks are being tended to first. Roofs with "a couple missing tile" as stated in the message left by this member, will naturally receive a lower priority. As the vast number of homes in need of urgent attention subsides, our focus will then shift to those with simple cosmetic roof issues. Common sense, patience, and an understanding for those with serious needs is greatly appreciated following wide spread weather events such as Hurricane Irma."
