Everything went perfectly! They were courteous, professional, and their repairs were exceptional. Prior to their work, my damaged fascia was causing rainwater to enter my garage. After their repairs, my garage has remained dry even after torrential storms! I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires roof work.

After running into bad luck with a different roofer, we hired V. E. Quillen and I cannot stop praising their work. Brent Quillen came by, checked the damage of our two flat roofs (which had been recently repaired by another contractor - but very badly which resulted in a few leaks), took photos, and explained why my roof was leaking and that it needed to be repaired once again. He and his team worked diligently the whole day. Brent documented every step they took to repair the roof. They came when they said they would. They were punctual and professional. I would also like to add that Brent answered my text messages in a very timely fashion. We have had two major rain events and NO MORE LEAKS. YAY!! I highly recommend this company. They do an awesome job and are trustworthy.

This was a job that was previously done but needed additional repair. We had an appointment for between 1:00 and 3:00, and they arrived at 2:30. They worked through inclement weather and did their job quickly and efficiently.

Based on Angies List revues, we contacted VE Quillen to repair our roof leaks. Everything went well until a portion of the roof started leaking again. We contacted the office, and they gave us a specific date and time for the repair. No one showed up or called. We called again several times, and all of the calls went unanswered. We are still under their warranty! For all the above-mentioned reasons, we are giving VE Quillen an F. We are very disappointed!

V.E. Quillen did an outstanding job. Brent Quillen was responsive to my request, provided a quote within a days of asking, and within a week the roof repairs commenced and were completed. The price point was extremely fair. The workmanship was great. The roofing crew was cordial and the workmanship was exceptional. The company owner, Brent Quillen, is a man of his word, does what he says he is going to do, and does with quality.

They did a great job removing and replacing the areas plus the pricing was a lot lower then the other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Highly recommend this company . Professional from start to finish. Originally called to inspect a ceiling leak, Brent inspected the attic and checked the roof. He advised that the roof was not leaking, rather the leak was coming from an air conditioner pipe. Inspected our flat roof and provided pictures of the poor work (band aid approach) that a previous contractor had performed. He suggested replacing the flat roof and we agreed it needed to be replaced as it was very old and in bad shape. The price was fair and Brent was very responsive from start to finish. On day of repair he called in advance and showed up on time with a large crew. it took a full day to replace the roof. They covered our entire patio (and even the pool) with plastic to keep out the dust and debris. One crew member spent the entire day cleaning throughout the project (hosing down dust, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.). At the end of the project, there was no sign that work had been done it was so clean. Throughout the project Brent took numerous progress pictures showing the initial damage and how it was replaced. In addition, he repaired some leaking vents and fixed a pest problem that could not be fixed by the exterminator for a year. Very pleased with the result and have received compliments from the neighbors. A quality company.

We had had Brent out last year to replace a lot of cracked and loose tiles and it went very well. After the recent storm, we had a small leak near the chimney and again, this was done very professionally. Brent is a knowledgeable and helpful guy and we always have confidence in him. His workers are great. South Florida is full of crooks and fly-by-night "contractors" and it is always good to find a top rated contractor and this is why we only hire people who are on Angie's List.

Brent, the owner, was extremely personable and professional. I called and received a prompt response. In a few days the leaked was repaired. There has been rain since the repair occurred and the roof no longer leaks. In addition to fixing the leak, Brent provided valuable information regarding the roofing process.

I called several roofing companies to get an estimate. Brent by far, was the most knowledgeable. Not only did he tell me what "could" be wrong, but also looked at other areas of the roof to give me some insight. He was professional and courteous. Brent gave me a quote and he scheduled Juan to come out the following morning. Juan showed up on time and was very professional. He told me Brent gave him all the details and what needed to be done. Juan was done in 2.5 hours. He cleaned up the area and carried off a ton of debris. He told me he took pictures of the work and Brent will email those out to me this evening. Brent sent me the pictures and everything was completed. I will definitely call Brent and his company for any additional work on the roof. Great job and great service. Thank you!

They did a great job. The fascia repair looks very good. Punctual, professional, fair prices, good work, and left the work area clean. Brent spent time on the phone explaining the job and making sure I had no unanswered questions. Highly recommend.

Professional and punctual. The owner is very informed and knowledgeable, staff is hard working. They use high quality materials. We liked that all the process - from the estimate to the repair - was well documented and pictures were provided, so we could actually understand what was the problem and what has been done.
