We have followed him. He started this practice probably around 2004 or so. He has been absolutely phenomenal with all of our dogs. Not only that, he has been phenomenal at the times when it's the most difficult, when you have to make that awful decision. When the dog goes in for an examination, they don't look them up on the table. The doctor gets down on the floor and goes to the dog level. He doesn't traumatize the dog. The staff there is unbelievable. I don't know how they remember the names of all the animals that come in. I really don't. They know our dogs by their names. Both dogs have pet insurance. So, when we take the dogs for all of these needles and everything else, they submit the bill to the insurance company. The insurance company pays them and then they bill us for the difference. They are really, really, really good to the animals. They're primarily dog and cat. I don't think they do much in the way of birds or snakes or rodents. They're open early in the morning, around 7 or 7:30. They're open until 8 or 8:30 at night. You can get your animal in before you go to work and then after work, you can get the animal out. My last dog had some cancer in the shoulder and had to have an operation. They'll phone you and let you know how the operation went, how the recovery is going and they may say, "We want to keep him overnight. He is in pain. You can pick him up anytime tomorrow." It's so nice to walk in there. Everybody is always so happy. That's the only place I'll take my dogs. They've looked after my last six dogs. I just like them.

Dr. Longo is the best vet!  His support staff is also amazing!  I have never had a bad experience.  He truly loves animals and offers a practical solution to any issues that may arise.  I credit him fully with the treatments necessary to enable my dachshund to walk again after she had a terrible fall.  He is also brilliant when it comes to treating my Westies' allergies.  I have no qualms about recommending him and his staff!

After revisiting them three or four times our dog became worse and they continued to give her more tests and advise as if she had pancreatitis. We finally took her to a new vet in Weston who quickly diagnosed her with cancer. We put her to sleep the same day as her health deteriorated greatly. She suffered unnecessarily as we tried to bring her back to health, trying to feed her over a three week period when she was dying of cancer, was hungry, but simply couldn't eat. We asked for our money back from Indian Trace Animal Hospital for all the expenses we incurred from the time of the misdiagnosis but they refused. The vets at Indian Trace are incredibly unprofessional and our fifteen years going there (with the original vets having departed) was ended in disaster. I would never trust them with a pet of mine again and we will continue to endeavor to get a refund on the monies spent uselessly as our dog suffered from their misdiagnosis.

Don't go to this vet at night expecting to get service. Sitting in the parking , in the rain with an extremely sick cat and no doctors are here.

He's very attentive to the care of the animals.  He also has a very attentive customer service.

I have always had a great experience. Dr. Longo has provided excellent care to our dogs. We had a Labrador Retriever that had diabetes that required frequents treatments. Dr. Longo provided excellent service to us through that. I trust them completely.

They took wonderful care of our dog. It is a loving place to leave your pet.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AT TAKING CARE OF ANIMALS. THEY ARE A LITTLE BIT PRICEY BUT THEY DO OFFER A GOOD SERVICE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM.

THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY DOG AND IT WAS AFFORDABLE. I LIKED THAT THEY HAD A DOCTOR ON HAND IN CASE ANYTHING WENT WRONG. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH BOARDING MY PET AT INDIAN TRACE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I HAVE USED THIS FACILITY TO BOARD MY DOG FOR ABOUT THREE AND A HALF YEARS NOW. IT IS A VERY CLEAN PLACE AND THEY REALLY SEEM TO TRY HARD TO PLEASE EVERYONE.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY GOOD WITH ALL OF MY DOGS. THEY KEEP THEIR KENNELS SMELLING FRESH AND CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I'LL KEEP USING THEM BECAUSE I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY HAVE A VERY HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. THEY TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF OUR CAT. IT MAKES MY DAUGHTER FEEL AT EASE KNOWING THAT HER CAT IS WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL TREAT IT GOOD.

I CAM ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM TO GIVE MY DOG THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE. I REALLY APPRECIATE HOW LOVING AND CARING THEY ARE TOWARDS MY DOG. THEY WORK VERY WELL WITH ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF ANIMALS.

THEY DO REALLY GOOD WORK. THEY CARE A LOT ABOUT THE ANIMALS THAT THEY TREAT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THAT EVERYTHING TURNED OUT. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAVE SO MUCH FAITH IN THIS VETERINARIAN THAT I TRAVEL 45 MINUTES OUT OF MIAMI TO SEE THIS PARTICULAR ONE. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. I GET TO STAY WITH MY DOG AT ALL TIMES. I HAVE PLENTY OF VETS CLOSE BUT THEY WON'T DO.

WE HAVE GONE THERE FOR THREE YEARS. THEY DO A GOOD JOB AT KEEPING OUR DOGS HEALTHY. OUR DOGS FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM. THE STAFF IS VERY POLITE. YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS THAT THEY TREAT.
