 + -1 moreThis day I had 3 major issues. One of them where I was charged without even taking the ride. Customer service is annoying, you can't talk to a living person no matter what.
Description of Work: I requested a ride with the Uber pool option. I need reliable transportation at a reasonable price as I have received from Uber in the past.
