I was given a contract to consider for installing the security camera system and I agreed to it. The representative, (Yasser N.), was very professional , answered any question that I might have. On the day of the installation they arrived promptly within the time frame which was given to me. I have an attic roof section in my house, they had to crawl around in that area to install all 8 cameras. I would definitely recommend this company to other people they provided me with excellent.

Very impressed and satisfied and very happy to recommend them. Since I had security cameras and was not pleased with them, I asked Yasser for advice. Yasser listened to my needs and concerns and came up with a better solution for me. At no time I felt pressured and felt relieved to be able to have a system that would work for me. They are always available to answer questions, very knowledgeable, very customer oriented and punctual and they will keep in contact thru the project. Yasser, was great to work with. He responded to ALL text messages and phone calls. He arrived in the frame set for me. Walked me through the process. Even after he left I had a few questions he responded right away. Would HIGHLY recommend!

From the first contact with Yasser he was excellent to work with. He provided me with an estimate within an hour of contacting him and provided options for cameras and installation, if he provided cameras or if I purchased cameras. On the day of installation he made sure everything was working properly and set up cell phones and computer for monitoring the system. I would definitely recommend.

It took a little longer than expected, but the entire job was completed in one day. The cameras function correctly. The company reps were very responsive and helpful.

Phenomenal. We purchased our security camera system at a local store but they were charging way more than the quote I received from CCTV. I called to set up an appointment and Yasser was able to accomodate me within the week. Yasser and his assistant were great. Very thorough. We went over where they recommended camera placement as well as to where to place the DVR inside the house. In the end I think our house was somewhat more challenging for them as our attic space was very narrow. However I heard no complaints despite them being there until almost 7pm. They were excellent! All the cameras placed properly. The placement of the DVR with its cable attachments was meticulous and very well done. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again!!!

Cannot say enough good things! Yasser and Jose delivered as promised!! My (soon to be former) security company (I was a 25 year customer) wanted to charge me 4 times as much as the CCTV Guys. Right out of the gate, Yasser gives superlative advice and service. He was prompt to return my initial call, discussed my situation, gave an ACCURATE ESTIMATE, had me text him photos so he could be sure to bring out the right equipment for my job, came within days, was EARLY!, he and Jose were pleasant, efficient, neat, NOT condescending to an old lady, and did a FANTASTIC job for the agreed upon price. Amazing!! I will definitely use them again when I add more cameras to my system.

The CCTV Guys did an amazing job. They worked very efficiently and did exactly what they said they would do. The cameras work great and the TV was hung up perfectly even hiding the cable box behind the wall. As a bonus, they cleaned up afterwards. This company is the best out there bar none!
