About us
We go to your house or business and deep clean your BBQ. All services are performed at your house or business - we do not take your BBQ anywhere. We take out all internal parts including the warming racks, cooking grates, heat plates / flavorisor bars, burners (depending on model), and heat shields (when applicable) and put them all in a dip tank (except the burners) with a special solvent for up to 3 hours at temperatures close to 200 degrees to help remove all of the carcinogens, grease, and fat on those parts. We then scrub them all down with a special degreaser and rinse them all off to remove all soap residue. Burners are scrubbed with a stainless steel brush to un-clog all holes . If necessary, burners will then be drilled out so BBQ cooks like it did when it was brand new. While that's going on, someone else is scrubbing the entire inside of the BBQ by hand (no pressure washers used) and then makes sure again that no soap residue is left on any part of the BBQ what so ever. We then clean underneath the BBQ, on the outside of the BBQ, and any accessories such as a side burner to make sure the entire unit is spotless. Our very own proprietary stainless steel polish is then applied leaving your BBQ looking as great as it works. We also offer repair and parts replacements as well as free estimates.

"Absolutely not true. I said we could quote the repair when in the area for free but you asked to schedule an appointment for the cleaning and possible repair for a specific day and time (6/12/18 at 8:00am for a Surprise Father's Day Present). Once we arrived and evaluated your grill, you felt the repair cost was too much and did not to want to clean or repair. You have to understand that there is a significant cost in sending out a truck with two technicians from another county to just look at your grill. The $50 charge was a cancellation fee for lost revenues due to 1/3 of the day being lost because you changed your mind (an estimate was provided over the phone for the cost of the cleaning which was confirmed at the same price when we arrived). $50 was a very small fee considering how much that actually costed The BBQ Cleaner."
