Sprightful Solar

Im writing this review 2 months after the installation of our solar system, and we are as happy as you can be with it. We did our due diligence and talked with at least 5 different companies before we decided to go with Sprightful. Our decision was based on the following criteria (not in any specific order): 1) Pablo (the owner) gave us a personalized services from beginning to end. He was always fast to respond to our queries, and always knowledgeable and up front about the systems technical and financial aspects. 2) The installation process was pain free. We where always kept informed on how the process worked and the timing. We were happy that the installation, and activation, of the system took way less time that others had offered (and even Sprightul themselves). 3) We really liked the value proposition that Sprighful offered: first lets make your house as efficient as possible, and then install a system that meets those new (and lower) electricity/power needs. Which meant a smaller, and more importantly cheaper system at the end. And a greener house with smart devices and new and more efficient appliances. (others will try to sell you the biggest and most expensive system with no regard to your pocket) 4) Cost. Sprightful at the end, thanks to the efficiencies gained by making the house more energy efficient, was the one of the most competitive quotes. 5) Continued personalized costumer service. I know i can call/text Pablo anytime and he will always answer with the same positive disposition he always has. 6) the solar panels and systems installed were some of the best in the market and with great warranties. So 2 months in we are happy with the solar panels, with the experience we had working with Sprightful, the cost saving we are now experiencing, and the example that we are setting for our kids and community. People are always asking us about our panels, and they are surprised to learn how easy it is to get them, and that it makes financial sense to do it! I hope to see our community, city, and state full of them in the near future.
