Pablo Jimenez from Property Solutions did an excellent job. He installed our new mailbox with a post and removed the old one. He also fixed the doorknob on a brand-new storm door at my front entrance. He was punctual and communicated clearly about what he would be doing and how long it would take. I have already discussed future projects with him, and I highly recommend him and his company, Property Solutions.

Pablo was very professional. He kept me informed of the progress and let me know when he was on his way. He left the work area clean and made sure all trash and debris was picked up and thrown away. He is my permanent go to guy! My project was tiling a room 18 x 16. I cannot say how happy I am! So glad I found Property Soultions.

These guys were terrible. Not sure if they always send the same guy but Pablo was very rude and condescending to us. We were trying to tell him a bit about the project since he seemed to not be doing something correctly and possibly damaging our wall and he told us what amounts to I know what I am doing leave me alone and then come back when I am done was not a nice guy and had bad energy. This company had amazing reviews so maybe he is not the one who usually does the work. The actual project- handing up some simple bathroom towel racks was fine, just that it came along with all the extra nonsense was off-putting and we will not be using Pablo again.

The shed was well built and I was happy with the work. However, the city inspector reported the wrong type of screw was used. He has not been back to swap the screws for the right ones even though I have tried to contact him multiple times.
