I hired National Express Transport a non-running (but rolling and steering) 1937 Pontiac from California to New Mexico. I had a narrow time window when I was in CA. Drew Burgos gave me a three day window for pickup and then called to notify me that pickup would be late in the day on day 2. Because me vehicle was not running it was the front of three vehicles. Less than 60 hours later, I was informed that drop off would be in 90 minutes. That gave me time to eat breakfast and get to the car storage facility. As I was driving up, the transport vehicle was rounding the corner from the opposite direction. Perfect toning! Drew and the team at National Express Auto Transport worked hard to vet my vehicle transported in a narrow time window. I was very happy and would definitely use them again. SCAMMERS-TRANSPORT AND CARRIER TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NO DELIVER SERVICE. STILL WAITING FOR RESOLUTION IN WHICK NATIONAL EXPRESS REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

I was very pleased with how Mary and her team worked with me especially when the dealer had a glitch in the paperwork and the scheduled pick-up had to be postponed for a few days. Very professional and I was very pleased with the fair price. Would most certainly use again!

Easy and fast from start to finish. Great communication from the office and the driver. I placed my order over the phone and was helped by, Mary Carabal. She was knowledgeable and professional. She answered my questions and followed up through emails and phone calls throughout the whole process. My Jeep was picked up from a auction yard and dropped off right in my driveway. This was my first time hiring a auto transporter and everything went great. I would recommend National Express and I will use them again in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Jorge answered all of the questions that I had. The car was picked up on the exact day that I had requested. It quickly reached Florida. Once it was on the ship, I was able to track it. I had no problems picking up the car in Puerto Rico. National Express's website was also helpful with the steps I needed to take in order to import a car to Puerto Rico. No question I would use them again.

National shippers did an excellent job shipping my vehicle to Puerto Rico. Jorge took care of all the shipping information and keep me updated. I will hire national shippers again

I was very pleased with the transaction. The setup of the auto pickup was easy with call to National Express Auto Transport. I got an email notification from dispatch letting me know when the car would be picked up at the dealership, and I let the dealership know. I then got the direct phone number for the transporter/driver and setup a time to drop off the car on the date promised. It was door to door service, and I felt that the driver took good care of my car. I was very pleased, and would use them again.

I had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

They did fine until they got paid. My license plate was stolen somewhere along the pick up and delivery location. At the delivery, the driver and I agreed that I would pay full for the service and get reimbursement for the expenses from changing my plates. But both the driver nor Executive Auto Shippers disappeared and stopped answering my messages. That's dishonest and they lost business as I have two more cars to ship. I'm currently filing a small claim against Executive Auto Shippers.

Excellent. First of all, Sasha the young lady I dealt with over the phone was very delightful and responsive. Secondly, Mike the driver was actually early picking up the car and handled the car meticulously. He was delayed getting to NC because of heavy traffic and notified us accordingly. Delivered the car without a scratch and we were very pleased. Would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

It went very well. The driver called me about an hour before his arrival on the scheduled day. He was quite careful about loading the car and then delivering it the next day. Very well done.

It was great! Driver was prompt and quickly loaded the vehicle on the trailer. The driver was also a day early, which worked out well for us as we arrived the same day.
