Henrik is associated with Better Homes and Gardens Realty. From the moment we contacted him regarding the sale of our home, he was professional. He came to our home and made a very clear and understandable presentation on market values, items that control the sale of the home, the process from listing to closing. He is very personable, very responsive, and very professional. He was never too busy or too bothered to answer our questions and was in contact after very showing to let us know how the showings went. He notified us 24 hours before each showing and set up several in a day. He handled all inspections and was our very effective liaison between the closing agent and us. Selling our home with Henrik as our real estate agent made the process very easy and nonstressful. We would highly recommend Henrik and his firm to anyone wishing to sell their home.
