Very Good...

Keith did a terrific job. I called him on Friday afternoon, and he was at my place by Saturday morning. He got rid of the outdated breaker panel (and old fuse box), upgraded the panels from 32 to 60 circuit capacity, and labeled everything very cleanly. Extremely professional, would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding! I had a disaster of circuit breaker panel that was an extreme fire hazard. I simply took a photo, sent to Essex, and Keith replied back within minutes. $1,100. No bait and switch! No added fees or hidden costs! Keith even patched the wall and painted! I got 3 other estimates and all said there may be additional charge because of the wall and space. Not Keith. He said he could get it done proper. And he did. Not to mention he was pleasant to work with. Super professional! I have had the worst luck with hiring contractors over the years. I can honestly say hiring Essex Electrical was one of the best decisions I ever made. This was about 3 months ago and we have had no issues whatsoever. Thank you, Keith! COYI!

Keith replaced two outdated, non-insurable electric panels in the house, both the outside one, as well as the fuse box inside. Great communication, on time (early, even!), and spent the day clearing out the 45-year old spaghetti junction of wires, some of which had begun to burn out. Now, I've got two brand new panels that are about as neatly organized as can be. Price was by far the best of the four quotes I received, and the workmanship was outstanding.

Went great! Keith was at my home on schedule and performed the work like a trained surgeon. Afterwards, cleaned around the panel and swept away all debris. I was very happy with his work!

Excellent service and price. I called the company at 10:00 a.m. and Keith was here at 12:30 p.m. the same day. He was pleasant and professional but more importantly he knew what he was doing. He said it would take approximately 5 hours and that is exactly what it took. He did exactly what he promised for the price he quoted. I will definitely call him again if I need electrical service.

Excellent work by a true professional! So happy I called this company. Keith quickly answered the phone my first call and after a conversation about what was needed at my mother's newly purchased condo and the type of panel we needed replaced he felt confident in saying he could replace the panel for the advertised deal price even though I couldn't send a picture at the moment. And amazingly, he was available the same day to come and do the work. He literally was at the house 2 hours after my first call and completed the job as he said he would in the time he said he would for the exact deal price. No hidden charges! His work was neat and clean and it's obvious he knows exactly what he is doing. He even offered to take a few old floresent light fixtures we recently took down and needed to dispose of. Arrived early. Got right to it. You can tell he's done this before! Had a tool cart. Garbage pail. Florescent lighting to work with. Incredibly methodical. Enjoyed watching. sure I was annoying lol. Keith is very professional in his work , following pre-workday frequently and showed up punctual at my house . His work is neat and safe ; going over what I expect , even helping me to move back my dryer machine . I definitely would recommend Keith to anyone .

Keith arrived as promised and quickly began working. He was courteous and professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing (even the technical stuff). He also did not mind my presence as he worked but I did make sure I didn't hover. I thought the price was reasonable and I feel I got what I paid for. He even finished nearly exactly as he said he would.

Prompt and efficient, Supplied power to appliances and/or electronic devices to make home comfortable during the process. Finished in the time frame initially provided. and cleaned up working area. Questions were answered throughout the process.

Called Keith and sent him pics if what I needed done, he gave me a good price over the phone and showed up on time at 7am as schedule with a great attitude. He also wired my sprinkler pump with a separate breaker at the same time with no additional cost. Keith patched all the interior and exterior wall holes with concrete and cleaned up after himself. This kind of service is hard to find in South Florida, a true professional. Do yourself a favor and call Keith as many other companies want to send an estimator/sales person with lots of wasted time and higher prices trying to upsell you and some even wanted to charge for the estimate.
