We had a washing machine overflow and flood our kitchen and breakfast nook. . Hardwood floors were damaged as well as our kitchen cabinets etc. I called Daniel from bluestar and he was very professional on the phone. He came out within an hour of the phone call. After his initial assessment he had his team out to provide the mitigation services necessary. He seemed very knowledgeable and competent in working with insurance. Provided follow up during the time that we utilized his service. If you have water damage I strongly encourage you to call Blue Star. I was definitely pleased with the service.

Quality wise, it was very good. I was happy with their job. I had other companies for estimates too. Blues Star did a good job; they came on time and everything was good. They were cheaper because I also looked at other companies and their price is not above what I should be paying. So I was happy about the price and I was happy with the quality.

They were professional and cleaned up after the projected was finished. The whole process went very smoothly. Full report and pictures were provided to me for insurance purposes.
Description of Work: Isolated the apartment and I had to move out for 15 days. Disassemble the AC unit and torn down the walls around the unit. Scrubbing the air for three days. Came in and did a final cleaning.

Great service We had an issue regarding the price, but at the end everything worked out for both sides
