I had a water leak in my ceiling due to old pipes. So I needed extensive work done. Michael at Aumaitre was very professional and always very helpful. I ended up in the middle of my project during Covid. That made it very difficult to get materials, etc. Michael was very helpful and went the extra mile to find items needed to make me happy with my project.

The owner was present and supervised the work. Those working on the projected were professional and wore a t-shirt with a company logos. At the end of each, the area was cleaned and tools stored. The owner is a pleasant professional willing to answer any call or text. A professional estimate was developed that included his certifcation number. I highly recommend Aumaitre for any job. I'm still not finished. Here comes phase two which includes Aumaitre Construction.

We wanted to convert one bay of our garage into an office. Michael came out and gave us an estimate that was exactly what we had hoped to pay. He was in constant communication during the design and approval phase, updating me and offering great suggestions to make the room exactly what we wanted. The crew arrived on-time, and cleaned up daily. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will hire them again when we have additional projects around the house.

Michael and team were excellent. From the moment we first met, Michael shared ideas into the renovation. He and his team were available and punctual throughout (most days Ramon and David were sat in their truck having breakfast at 7.30am before an 8am start). We changed the plan. No problem. We asked for input. No problem. We needed sources for materials. No problem. Just a REALLY good experience all around.

Michael has always done very good work. He's on time and extremely honest. His estimates are always reasonable. During the house remodel, the master bathroom did have a floor. Michael told me he had bad news, that it was going to cost $1000 more than the estimate because of a problem with the angle of the pipe. I didn't have much choice but to approve the increase. The next day, Michael informed me that he was incorrect and instead of the $1000 that I had approved, it was only going to cost $300. I was amazed that a general contractor would charge less that what I had approved. Michael has my approval to use me as a reference anytime.

He did a great job. From the initial interview for the estimate until the last tile was laid it went well. He was always responsive and helpful. He helped us select tile and fixtures and didn't nickel and dime us when we wanted to add or change small things. It was a pleasure to work with them. I need work done on my home now and will be calling them to do it because I trust their quality and reliability.

They pulled out our old kitchen cupboards and counter tops and replaced them with new ones. For that, they had to do some electrical and plumbing work, and replace a few tiles on the floor. Everything was done on schedule and according to the price agreed upon. The work was well done. We'd be happy to recommend this contractor to anyone.
