Great. Russ was early for the appointment, did a thorough inspection of the property, took his time explaining his findings and I had the completed inspection report that same day.

Arrow Property came and inspected a home I recently purchased. Russ did a thorough job. He was very knowledgeable about the Florida codes. I purchased a fixer upper, and Russ was able to tell me the areas I needed to focus on fixing first. I would not hesitate to contact Arrow Property Inspection again.

Russ (Owner/Operator) gave me a 3 day turnaround, but ended coming out the very next day due to a cancellation he had. His professionalism along with his communicational and organized approach is some the best I have had from any vendor that I have hired. Russ inspected the the real estate property that we are in the process of buying. I have had multiple inspections done in the past (on other properties) and this one was by far the most in depth and thorough conducted. This vendor utilizes technology and expertise. He took his time (over 3 hours), paid attention to every detail and left us with out any questions on the property we are purchasing. His report came with close to 100 pictures pertinent to the info provided in an easy to navigate online dashboard that allows you to jump from section to section or from issue to issue. I would recommend Arrow Property Inspection 100% to anyone that is purchasing a home in South East Florida. We are lucky that we found them.

In my experiences with Mr. Russ Young, he is always a "standup" individual. You can be assured that the assessment and pricing he is giving to you is both fair and accurate. In my dealings with Russ, he is a hard worker who makes sure there are no stones left unturned or attics left unchecked. He is thorough, professional, and responsible; however, his best quality is that he is also ethical. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.
