Aquarose Cleaning is amazing! We had just moved into our house and needed a deep pool cleaning ASAP. Not only did they respond quickly, but they also came out right away—which was a lifesaver since the unkept pool was starting to attract mosquitos. Their service is seamless and super easy to use. I now have them come monthly, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing the pool is always clean and cared for.

Good customer service

Aquarose was one of several pool companies I called after my pool remodel this past summer. Their pricing was on the higher end of the scale, but their service is outstanding. They show up on time and have serviced my pool just as they said they would. My only disappointment is that I would have liked my service on a Thursday or Friday, but after I hired them, they told me it would cost more. All in all, I recommend their service.

Had them for a few years as their prices were the lowest. Overall there is a lack of communication. Lately when they do communicate they are rude and impatient. It is easy to see the difference in my pool now that I have a new company. The owner is always kind patient and knowledgeable. I don't feel like a burden.

I have used different pool services over the years and always have issues with the condition of the water, usually algae in the water or on the sides. Aquarist has kept my pool sparkling clean with no issues ever. When people understand and know pool chemistry the end results are perfectly balanced water.
