They came out to the job site, installed a water heater, and did not connect the flue pipe, for the carbon monoxide to be evacuated via the chimney. This action could have been deadly. Thanks to another plumber, he went to fix an irrelevant issue, pointed out this hazard.

They were great! As far as work was concerned. They were professional, punctual and fast. The only thing I did not understand is why they did not take the old water heater with them. Other than that I would recommend them to everyone.
