I haven't had any problems afterwards. I thought that the price was fair. I think the guy was pushing the price a bit, but I still thought the price was fair. I drove up to their shop with this problem and in 5 minutes he thoroughly diagnosed and tested everything. He was having trouble testing it and tracing it but finally did it quickly. I mean they could have ripped me off but they didn't and were very helpful.
