A to Z is perfection. I've given their card to my doctor who needed plumbing service. I had some issues with financial, and they advised that they are going to cut off charges for me. They really went out of their way for us. Absolutely exceptional service. They are easy to deal with. Omar Harris, one of their technician, is one exceptional guy. He works to get things right the first time.

Have been using A To Z for at least 12 years, from simple under sink leaks to replacing the waste pipes from my house to the street. Always reliable, professional and dependable. I also get a 25% discount by joining their platinum club for about $8 per month. It pays off when you have larger projects. This last service call was with Omar who is highly recommended, polite, efficient, customer oriented.

Our service was great. We couldn't have been happier. Our technician, Omar, was friendly, professional, thoughtful, and even came in on his day off to fix the problem before our out-of-town guests arrived. Awesome, incredible and fantastic! Ralph was my technician and he was determined to find the problem even though he knew what the problem was right away. You can tell that Ralph knows his job very well and loves what he does. I am usually uncomfortable with a worker at my home but Ralph was very professional from the start introducing himself and shaking my hand. He was easy to talk to and allowed me to be nosy as he worked. I have had several other companies come in to find the problem I was having and they all just charged me a lot and then just put a bandaid on the problem. Thank you Ralph I Will go to A to Z Plumbing for now on and I will ask for Ralph!

Omar Harris was very professional. He was courteous right from the get-go. He explained all of our options and was able to easily describe the work that needed to be done for our estimate. He was on time to perform the work. We needed to cut a hole in a closet to access the plumbing. Omar measured very carefully and used new tools to cut a nice square hole that could accommodate the access panel that we have installed. Omar cleaned up his work very quickly and made the job feel much less stressful. We plan on hiring him for any future needs and would recommend him to any of our friends.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and I wouldn't look back. They were very courteous and very careful. Joey was polite and made sure he didn't mess up my carpet; and I took notice, Customer Service was a pleasant surprise too. They would start off with "It's a great day at A to Z Statewide Plumbing", etc. Normally, this would be a nothing, but when you deal with companies like your cable company and robots, it was actually refreshing. I think they like working there based on the tone of their voice. That's an important factor. The work itself was professionally done.

They drained the old septic tank and removed it and put in a new drain fill and septic tank. I haven't had any problems since.

Angel came out to look at it. He noted that it appeared the bolt under cap to floor had loosened somehow. He worked on it and toilet is much steadier and stabilized now. He was quick, professional and friendly. Easy to talk to and explained situation well. I have used A to Z for several years now and have recommended them to others, as they were recommended to me by my friend.

This was a miserable experience. I chose A to Z among four plumbers who came to give estimates because they seemed the most professional. And because we liked the specific plumber who came to give us the estimate, whom we were told would also do the work. However, on the day the work was to be done, no one showed up at the agreed upon time. When we called 45 min later, we were told the plumber we wanted was sick and that someone else was five minutes away. We found out later that the sick excuse was a flat out lie! The plumber had been sent to work on another job, even though we had scheduled our appointment specifically with him two weeks in advance. Secondly, the guy that was supposedly 5 minutes away was NOT. In fact, we waited another hour before calling again. This time, we were told the second guy's truck broke down and a third plumber was on his way. The third plumber was a very nice man. And seemingly professional. But some of the equipment he needed was on the truck that had broken down and we needed to wait to have these supplies picked up and sent over. After the supplies from the broken down truck were received, we realized a part was still missing. This made things take longer and we had to negotiate with the building to extend the water shutoff time, since we were already two hours into our allotted time when the job finally began. These delays didn't only cost time. They cost money. I paid my building for a water shutoff, and we were very fortunate that they didn't make us pay for a second one. In any case, I lost hours of my time that cost me at my job. Then, they invoiced us for twice the amount we thought! I thought "total parts and labor" was the total for the job. It wasn't!!! We eventually negotiated down. But had we understood their estimate correctly, we might instead be asking why they intended to charge almost three times the amount of the other estimates we had gotten. After all of this, I discovered that the work was not done to satisfactory standards. The metal plate inserted in my shower was crooked, and there was no hot water in my shower when the plumber left. The plumber had to come back AGAIN to correct these issues. We chose this plumber because we were seeking a higher level of integrity and reliability. We didn't get that at all. I don't really like writing bad reviews or saying anything bad about anyone. But the public needs to know. Especially about a company that feels comfortable outright lying to its customers.

Omar and Hiram stopped by and took care of the trickiest P-trap in the history of kitchens. The fix was ultimately snaking the line to find what was causing the sink to stop draining but, quickly became complicated due to a custom p-trap installation that was put in, during the mid 80s.

They charged me $276 after the coupon (15% discount since I found them through Angie's List). A rip off, grossly overpriced. My toilet had another piece to fix and the price of the repair would cost me more than buying a new toilet. I strongly discourage any potential client to get their services. Please, don't overpay. In the end, I did not resolve the problem I had since I resolved it only partially. I chose not to fix the rest of the work because they were overcharging me.

I noticed your call was placed on Saturday AM and our technician was onsite in less than 1.5 hours. In the 3.25 hours he was onsite, he was able to complete a building shutdown and make necessary repairs for $267.75 that was agreed upon prior to commencement of work. While in process, he did observe your leaking toilet gasket and proposed this as well, to which you declined. Please make sure to have the additional work (tank to bowl gaskets) completed by a fully licensed and insured plumber as the suggested work should be replaced and only going to become more of an issue for you and your wife.
