It went great! I could not ask for a better hvac company! They answered my emergency call on a Sunday & was out to service me within 90min. The price was great, & I am extremely pleased. They are honest, professional, & licensed. I want the world to know about these guys!

Lance and the folks at ZIMMER AIR are the absolute best. They installed two complete systems in both of my condos over the years. Fast, Friendly and Professional. They are not hesitant to give you a FAIR COMPETITIVE price for the competant work they perform. I've been remiss in not giving them a truthful review, so I'll tell you a true story: Last week, a fan capacitor quit working in the compressor, and my fiancé called Lance and he said he could not get away to fix it until the next day(good businesses are busy), and it was hot, so instead of saying "oh well, see ya"!" and hanging up to chase the next "dollar", he took the time and warned her to beware of the guys with the big adverts in the phone book as they tend to take advantage of a situation every day . WHERE do you find a businessman today who will take the time to pass that information on? What he said came true, for we were charged more than double what Lance would have wanted. 2 perfect running air units installed by these men over the years, and I have no complaint against ZIMMER AIR whatsoever, except they are very busy, which is a good thing. The first company I called told me I needed a whole new AC system for about $5,000. I called Zimmer and the guy came out and was very honest and told me that I don't need a whole new system just a couple hundred dollars to fix it and it's been working great for the past two years. If anything goes wrong he will be the first person I call.
