Xpert Environmental Services saved me a lot of money...!!! The testing and report was unbiased because they do not do remediation and are not affiliated ?with a remediation company. They even wrote up a remediation protocol with instructions and recommendations for the remediation company that I hired so that they didn't tell me that I needed more work than was necessary.? Before I hired Xpert Environmental, I made the mistake of hiring a company that did the testing, remediation and clearance testing of their own work. They told me that I had one of the worse mold problems that they had ever seen and that I had to pay them over $50,000.00 to clean it up. Then I found ?Xpert Environmental Services on the Better Business Bureau website and I called them because of their A+ rating with the BBB.? They came out and did an independent test of my mold problem.? After he conducted air tests and different kinds of tests, which were sent to a lab and then analyzed by their experts, I received a full report explaining the findings in full detail. My mold problem wasn't that bad at all. They even spoke with the remediation company that I hired to make sure it was done properly. I am so grateful to Xpert Environmental Services. ?I must have thanked them 100 times.? I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. They are fully licensed and certified.
