THE WORST FOR FINISHING THE JOB CORRECTLY. PROMISE TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE ISSUES AND TELL YOU THE PARTS ARE ON ORDER BUT STILL WAITING FOR A YEAR. HAD TO SEND OUT REPAIR MEN NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL NOT RIGHT. RUINED MY DRIVEWAY WHEN THEY CLEANED THERE CEMENT BUCKETS OUT AND LEFT CEMENT DRY ON MY PAVERS. NEVER FINISHED THE TRIM ON THE DOORS AND SAID THEY WILL COME BACK, STILL WAITING.......THEY ALSO ASKED ME TO GIVE A 5 STAR REVIEW BEFORE THEY STARTED THE JOB AND SAID THEY WOULD GIVE A GIFT CARD IF I DID..JUST WANTED MY TRIM PIECES TO FINISH THE JOB I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR.IVE READ THE REVIEWS AND ALL THE 1 star reviews are spot on. THEY ARE SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND TREAT YOUR PROJECT LIKE GARBAGE. DESTROY YOUR HOUSE AND THE MEXICANS THEY HAVE WORKING ARE NO SPEAKIES AND DO A HORRIBLE JOB. THEY SAY THEY WILL REACH OUT TO YOU TO FIX SNY ISSUES BUT THEY NEVER DO. I HELD 10000 $ back for a year till they came and fixed their f ups. AND STILL DIDNT GET IT RIGHT. Will write more soon. ALL MY FRIENDS. WILL BE CHIMING IN AS WELL. STILL JERKING US OFF. WAITED A YEAR FOR WHAT THEY SAID WOULD BE A MONTH TO COMPLETE JOB. WAITING FOR 3 PIECES OF TRIM THAT WAS NEVER INSTALLED. HAVE UGLY SCREWS SHOWING AND LOOKS BAD.. NEED 7 WINDOWS REPLACED AND NOW HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. A SHAME ITS HARD TO FIND A GOOD SOLID REPUTABLE COMPANY TO KEEP DOING WORK AND REFERING. The worsttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that guy rick has no idea what hes talking about

After signing a contract over 18 months ago, they still have not completed the agreed upon services. When they first visited my home in March 2023, they were missing two door frames. If I had known that, I wouldn't have let them start the work. While they were here, they broke two of the windows they installed. Their craftsmanship is terrible, and they left a giant mess. It cost me $400 to have my house cleaned afterwards. I was told I must leave the stickers on all the windows until inspection. After waiting three and a half months (with stickers and dirt on all of my windows), they finally showed up to my house on 6/29/23 to finish the work. However, they ordered the wrong front door and there are NO handles or locks on the slider they installed! They still don't have the two windows they broke either. This just touches the surface of the absolute nightmare this process has been. Do not do business with this company! They are unprofessional! Save yourself the trouble and go with ANY other company than this one. Be sure to read RECENT Google and Yelp reviews and BBB complaints. Also ask them on their Facebook page why they don't let people post reviews.

SOUTH FLORIDA SCAM I was referred to Wrights Impact Window & Door in December 2021 by a neighbor. It cost nearly $10k for the installation of 2 windows and 1 door. I also hired them to install a sliding glass door for $7k. They were given $10k cash and I was to finance the $7k. I was ignored until I was basically begging them daily. Finally in November 2022, subcontractors installed my 2 windows and 1 door. The project manager “Mark” canceled the sliding door install and rescheduled for February 2023. “Ralph” let me know on 2/21/23 the sliding glass door was LOST. I hired a lawyer ($600) who advised me to submit a formal complaint against their license. Wright’s began to comply and agreed to revise my permit. Below is the document showing the agreed revision in JUNE for a credit amount of less than $7k, meaning I would owe them additional money. (continued below)

We contracted with Wright’s Impact Window & Door in May of 2021. We were referred to them because of their reported quality of work. I’ve never posted a negative review on a business in this type of forum, but I think it’s important for our friends and family to know that this company does NOT provide the quality work and customer service that it purports to do in its contracts and advertisements. To everyone who may be considering doing business with this company, please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company. We’ve been trying to get our job completed for over 16 months! Everything started off well, but we’re not sure what happened over the past 4-5 months. Not sure if there’s been a change in personnel or management? Quality of work became shotty and they’ve become completely unresponsive to our needs and concerns. Our job remains incomplete and we can’t even get a return call from a company supervisor at any level whatsoever. We’re becoming increasingly disappointed to say the least.

My husband and I contracted with Wrights on June 4th, 21 and our project install began on December 29th, 21. Our entire experience with this company has been a complete nightmare. To date, our job (which Kyle said would only take 4-5 days) is still not completed and I feel like there is no end in sight. It took months to get Wrights to come to our home and do a basic clean up of broken glass and nails that were left strewn around our home, and I have 2 small children and a dog. Even after repeatedly asking. To date, we still have several windows that do not have the screw covers installed (which means you can't properly test them), the windows have black desicand (material used to put windows in) still on them because they have not been properly cleaned, the white frame around the windows has several scratches and will have to be repainted, missing screens, damage to our wall, a French door that squeaks because it wasn't installed correctly. We have 10 windows that have SEVERE distortion around the entire perimeter. It looks like you're looking through a magnifying glass. We have called and emailed and texted several office personnel, and most recently been dealing with Jeff Rambis the Director of Ops who has still not bothered to call my husband or I as he said he would on March 30th. He also said via email on March 30th that he would ask the owner Howard Van Natta, to contact us and we haven't heard from him. I have never seen such disorganization and lack of follow through from a company professionally or as a homeowner. This is my first review I've ever felt compelled to post, but I'd hate for someone else to end up as I have. If I could get them zero stars I would...

Absolutely awful experience. I paid a deposit of 40k 5 months ago. Was told they would be installed in June. I kept having to follow up to find out that they would be installed in August. Well August came and went and now I cannot even get a return call or email from them. Completely unprofessional company. Get completely different answers depending upon who you reach that day. Sales person will say windows were ordered. Customer service will say sales person is lying and never ordered. Absolutely regret doing business with this company. STAY AWAY.

Horrible. You cannot purchase windows if husband and wife are not both present. Can’t find a good time due to emergency work where your schedule is unpredictable—they don’t want your business. Spouse could be overseas or medical and too bad—they won’t even give you a consultation or quote. Work with any other company.

Well, this has been quite the experience. The original quote process went smooth, pricing was competitive and they offer a good warranty on their product. Lead time on window fabrication was what they quoted. Where the problems began, was during the installation which is still not finished after THREE WEEKS. Several windows cane damaged from the manufacture (Lawson) and have to be replaced so there is additional lead time on receiving those. Now for the details on the installation... Started on a Friday and was told it would take two days. Didn’t come two consecutive days, came back on Tuesday to finish. Nate the project manager, didn’t communicate well and only stopped by the job site twice for a fly by. Several windows won’t lock because they weren’t shimmed correctly, exposed seams and the biggest horizontal slider was installed off center. When I questioned this, Nate told me it was because of the way the wall was constructed and tried to charge me $1500 to correct the issues. I refused to pay that and after several days of back and forth, they sent the installation manager to review the issue. He agreed it needed to be corrected and ordered the materials to finish the job. Several more days passed and they returned to fix the one window which took all day. The drywall and stucco guy just came today and he is doing a good job to finish the one window. Still no word on when the other windows will be fixed, no ETA on the replacement windows and I’ve been forced to cancel meetings and appts just so I could be here for all of the days it has taken to try and finish this job. Important note, the installers are NOT employees of Wrights Window. They are subcontracted so you are dealing with two separate companies because the project manager doesn’t do his job. And literally no communication unless it has been initiated by me. No follow up, everyone seems more interested in the other jobs they have going on than to finish the one they started. I would suggest you look for an alternate company unless you want to be the superintendent that has to manage every detail of the installation. Very disappointed customer that paid $16k for broken windows and subpar installation that still isn’t complete.

This is a great company. I have a very large front door opening and had difficulty finding a product that was not exceptionally expensive due to the custom job. Once we decided to go with a hurricane door with sidelights we obtained several quotes and Wright's price was lower than the others. After we signed the contract, they were extremely professional, getting the HOA approval and building permit. They installed in one day and sent a tile man to match the existing tile line to the new front door. I have rarely dealt with a contractor that was so professional, prompt and knowledgeable.

EXCELLENT, They did what was promised and went the extra mile to help me with something last minute.

Douglas Wright, his son Kyle and another assistant Matthew came to my house this am. They were right on time, courteous and efficient. They moved furniture, used drop clothes, vacuumed and put all furniture back when they were done. Their work is excellent. I am delighted with their service.
