Jimmy of Wilson-Rowan Locksmith provided excellent service. We had ordered replacement parts (through another source) that were not right so Jimmy essentially built the parts he needed to repair our latch. He then worked on the additional locking/latching mechanisms to achieve a smooth operation of the front door and the locks and latches. The door has never operated better. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had.

Making the appointment was easy, and I sent a couple of pictures of my door to Brenda so we could figure out what color lock I needed. Mark arrived on time and very professionally removed the old lock and installed the new one. He even straightened a couple of hinges on my door that apparently had gotten off kilter.

Needed a service call -- non-emergency. Was scheduled for the next business day. Technician was on time, professional and did an excellent job.

I couldn't find anyone who could make that key but when I walked into their place he knew exactly what I needed. It is beautiful and clean, and they have everything. I would absolutely use them again.
