This was our 2nd experience with Willie's. Both moves were close to flawless. Service was beyond my expectations. Only minor issue was the truck arrived 30 minutes late on 2nd move. We recommend Willie's without reservation.

Excellent. Mick came to the condo and quickly understood our needs. Estimate was in-line with expectations. Loading/packing was very smooth with an excellent crew. Driver conveyed his professionalism and made sure everything was packed and loaded properly. Delivery also went smoothly, which involved the main drop-off and two additional stops. There was continuous contact as to status of the delivery. Could not have received better service.

I was really impressed with how careful they handled everything. They are delivering an organ in a few weeks as well. It was a cross country move and I was very pleased with their service. They were timely and showed up when they said they would.

Mick Javit , the sales representative was very professional and responsive.
The drivers were punctual and overall did a good job.
A mirror was missing for a few months but was eventually found and delivered. One dresser had some minor damage and we will file a claim for that as we had full insurance. Other than that, the move exceeded expectations.

The contract agent who came to have me sign the contract was great. The movers themselves were fabulous. They put everything back together better than they were before they picked them up. The contact agent told the driver was the number one rated driver in the country. The contact agent was the absolute best!! I highly recommend them.

They were punctual and neat. Everything was packed with care. It was delivered to the house when they said it would be. They unloaded everything into the house, nothing was broken and nothing was missing. The packers and the movers were all very professional. I was so pleased that i am using them again the end of Oct.2013..

When I moved again this year, I called them right back. By this time, I had signed up to Angies list and had back-up movers lined up....Unfortunately, Willies was about twice as expensive as Dixon Moving, which I ended up using.
Both Willies and Dixon rate A's; Dixon was $440 as opposed to Willie's $750, so I went with Dixon....

I have moved many times and they were by far the best company I have ever worked with. They were very flexible with scheduling. Their drivers were wonderful and careful with our belongings. When unpacking they were happy to help us rearrange. I was incredibly impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.

- Salesperson - Great
- Show up on time - Great
- Move - Good at first, sloppier as the day progressed. Driver not prepared due to lack of communication with salesperson as to resources needed.
- Delivery - Waited an extra four days while our furniture sat in another state just 3 hours away waiting for someone else. This was OK according to them because it was 'technically' within contract date. True, but not in the spirit of good customer service. Also seems like a scheduling judgement error.
- Furniture on Deliveyr - Driver great job moving furniture, but when they thought you could not hear he spent a lot of time complaining about how the office got the job and the details wrong. Driver was very friendly and did a great job moving things in and was very good about asking where things went. Unfortunately we did have damage on at least 3 furniture pieces.
- Overall - OK service. Salesperson was good and driver was good but problems communicating between the two led to a less that stellar experience for us. Technically it is OK that our furniture was held up, and mistakes happen. But that 'technically' does not Qualify for excellent or above average service.
