My experience with them was not really great. What I thought was outrageous was their pricing compared to just about everybody else. I just thought they did price gouging. They tried to sell me something that they didn't need to sell me.

[Member information removed], 7/01/2016 Michael Boyce Wetland Designs Irrigation 3878 Prospect Ave Suite 1 West Palm Beach FL 33404 When you visited my house on May 14 2016, I thought we had a productive meeting in which I discussed my plans; based on keeping my existing well and pump; an Intermatic timer; adding a filter and valves to backflow the filter; a K-rain 4 zone distribution valve; K-rain super Pro sprinklers and replacing all pipes. You said that you preferred the Hunter Pro rotors but you could use K-rain super Pro sprinklers if I prefer them. I was very impressed with you and customer comments about Wetland Irrigation. I told you I wanted to move forward with you. You said your time frame was 2 weeks. I received your Quote for Irrigation work on Fri, 27 May 2016 which used my existing well with Hunter sprinklers and components. I reviewed the Hunter website and concluded that this system would be acceptable to me if this irrigation system was connected to city water, but not to my existing well. I anticipate 2 risks with the proposed Hunter system that I am not prepared to take: 1. High Maintenance - My experience with my existing well and many different types of sprinklers has shown me that the proposed 32 Hunter pros are liable to gum up with deposits from my well. I have found that K-rain sprinklers will tolerate deposits from my well better than any other type of sprinkler, so, I expect that the combination of K-rain sprinklers with a filter and valves to backflow the filter will result in a low maintenance system. Also, the six Hunter PGV valves, used for zone transfers; could be contaminated by well deposits, requiring cleaning. This contrasts with the single K-rain zone transfer valve that would be in a readily accessible position and easy to clean. 2. I configured a sprinkler layout that would avoid spraying my house and discoloring the paint work. I don't have any information on the proposed Hunter sprinkler layout. If the Hunter system sprays my house I would have no alternative but to connect to expensive city water which doubles the cost because I am charged for sewage disposal of the water I am using to irrigate my lawn. On June 1 2016, I requested revised proposal from Wetland Irrigation, consistent with my original request, in which I would supply the well; pump; timer; Rain Sensor; filter; filter bypass valves; pressure gauge; zone transfer valve; and K-rain super Pro sprinklers. The complete irrigation system and PVC pipes would be installed by Wetland Irrigation. I recognized that Wetland Irrigation may not want to guarantee a system that they were not familiar with. Consequently, I assumed the responsibility for the satisfactory operation of the equipment that I supply and satisfactory precipitation coverage from the sprinkler locations which I have supplied. The only guarantee that I require from Wetland Irrigation is no leaks and sprinkler locations as close as practical to the positions shown in my sketches. During the last week of June 2016 I received a telephone call from Wetland Irrigation saying that they would not install my new sprinkler system. I believe that Wetland Designs Irrigation is an excellent company and I am extremely disappointed that you are not willing to install my new sprinkler system using K- rain components. Wetland Irrigation responded very quickly, and the person on the phone was polite and helpful.  I thought that the price was very reasonable, low even, in the context of other repairs I have had in the past (from other contractors).  The job was done quickly and well.  The only downside is that the repair technician smashed the sunshade that protects my pool pump from getting too hot (cost: $25).  Nonetheless, I would use them again.

Update: the company saw my comments on Angie¹s List and independently came and replaced the shade cover for my pump, and did some other works well at no charge.  I have to say this impressed me a lot.  I already planned on using them again, but this cemented it.  Thank you Wetlands Irrigation!

Very good - owner came to inspect entire property and note down problem sprinkler heads and flow issues. Then, repair team came and fixed all issues satisfactorily. Invoice sent by email so did not need to be home for them to do work.

I HAVE A 4 ZONE SPRINKLER SYSTEM BUT OFTEN ONLY 2 0R 3 ZONES WORKED. IT NOW SEEMS TO WORK PERFECTLY AFTER REPLACING THE DISK ASSEMBLY.

I found this excellent company accidentally when reading reviews of another company that had to call in Wetlands to fix an expensive botched job.  I was extremely pleased with Wetland's services and the quality and price of the repair work they did for us.  We are using a new landscaper since our previous landscaper of two decades retired.  The new company also did a sprinkler repair but several heads were misdirected or not the proper size and I had water stains on many of my windows so I knew i needed a professional.  Also the new landscaper charged more with no detail.  I will be firing the new landscaper as soon as I find a replacement.  Wetlands performed the work and sent me a detailed invoice showing exactly what parts were replaced, the cost for each item and labor.  I recommend Wetlands for any homeowner that wants a true professional at a reasonable price for irrigation work.  Thank you Wetlands!

Absolutely amazing service.
They came out on time, as scheduled, with great communication to set up the appointment. Walked me through all the existing zones and showed me coverage deficiencies and explained how to correct them. We had multiple broken heads which they not only fixed, but moved to be more efficient (no additional charge from the quote which did not include moving them).  
We draw irrigation water from a canal, and they checked that and noticed that the intake was partially clogged as well as floating too high above water level that could allow air intake to the system that would cause a problem.
We also put in plantings along a driveway that had no existing irrigation, so they provided a quote to add that in. When they dug in, to expand they realized that the system had inadequate piping to provide a good water flow - so - at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE - hand dug out the existing inadequate piping and replaced it. 
Additionally, they noted that one of the heads was spraying water directly into the intake of our stand-by generator and readjusted it.
Three months prior to engaging Wetlands Design I had another company (O'Hara) come out to evaluate and "fix" issues with our irrigation, but they did not provide nearly the level of comprehensiveness provided by Wetlands Design, specifically they did not evaluate the intake from the canal nor did they pay attention to the fact that the generator was being inundated with water which can cause problems, nor did they suggest or perform relocation of heads to provide optimal watering.
This company is the real deal - competent, friendly, and honest. I will only call them for any future work I need done. 

The technician arrived soon after I called.  He carefully inspected all sprinklers & zones, replaced defective equipment, made adjustments for better coverage, reset the timer.  He was very through, professional and courteous.  I have used this company 3 or 4 times over the years and will definitely use them in the future.

Came to the house while we were up north. Came the day they told us they would. Called after the work was completed and explained the new system.

Our sprinkler pump was making a tremendous amount of noise in the middle of the night. We called Wetland Designs and Mike came out the next day to check out the problem. We needed a new pump. We also had some other issues with our irrigation system. Mike spent the time checking each zone and made some great suggestions to us. The work was performedf a few days later. We were pleased with the service, the price and the recommendations for future services. We will use them again.

They are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Their billing system is flexible which makes it easy to pay.  Ultimately, they are in the business to establish long-term customers, and it shows.
