I have been using them for about 5 years now. I have also referred them to my friends and family as well and they loved MaidPro as much as I do... I have used a couple of there maids and some are a little better then others but if at anytime I thought a maid may not have done as good of a cleaning I just call and Rick the owner will handle it. He is a great guy and really seems to care about his customers as well as his employees. In the past couple years I have tried other maid companies just to see and make sure MaidPro is on point and every time I have tried another company they have disappointed me.. The thing I like most about MaidPro is the professionalism. If I ever have a problem or need to get ahold of someone they are always there to either return my email or phone call right away. If they give you a time for the maid to be there they will always be there on time they also will remind you the day before with a call.. This is hands down the friendliest, most professional, reliable maid company I have ever dealt with and I am very very picky I am an ocd clean freak and as of now I haven't found anyone better then Maidpro.... I highly recommend Rick and MaidPro
