Both my pups have spent the day in daycare. Very friendly and professional staff who love dogs. They even give them little gifts or plan cute activities for the dogs during major holidays, and organize birthday parties. A bit pricey but their hours are good and you'll have the peace of mind tear your pet is well cared for.

She did awesome!  Everyone took great care of her, provided her love all during the day and night.  She had a blast while doing doggie daycare during the day and slept like she was at home during the night.  They also post several pictures on social media every day so you can see what your fur-bay is up to that day.  Knowing she loves Very Important Paws so much, we feel more freedom to leave town.  I very highly recommend Very Important Paws!

I came to VIP after my new rescue pup was attacked by a loose dog while we were out walking. I was feeling nervous and out-of-sorts after that incident, and wanted some help handling two dogs (my existing dog and my new dog) on leash and building my self-confidence. I set up a consultation with Susan (the lead trainer) and from the first moment, I felt I was in good hands. She took a detailed history and created a comprehensive plan for us, including 1-1 training lessons, supported doggie daycare, and fun homework & training exercises for the dogs & I to practice. I credit Susan's professionalism, expertise, and calmness with our current progress and success. She has taught me to be a calm leader for my dogs. A big thumbs up and THANK YOU to Susan and to VIP for being such a great community resource.

I paid $65 for a medium dog. They're personable. I've been going to them for about a year. It's a small groomer and I just like the atmosphere of it. They're very gentle with my dog. It seems like they know everybody by name and I just like the place because it's very, very clean.

Wonderful.  I was trying this place out so that when we next go away we'd have a nice place to board our dog.  Worked out great -- dogs are separated by age/size and have both indoor and outdoor play areas.  You can watch your dog on a monitor in the lobby to see how he or she is interacting.  Overall, a great experience.

We had an excellent experience. It was an excellent facility. They had large areas to run. You could tell the staff really love animals. Our dog, Rusty came back and was not stressed at all like he had been in the past. He was very well taken care of.

Very Important Paws are good. They are very professional and they run a good business. It is very clean and it is big - they do a huge volume and they have a full service of dog grooming and dog care. It is well respected - it is a little on the expensive side and sometimes it is tough to get an appointment there. Overall they are very good.

My dogs seems to enjoy going there.  However, I don't like that they don't have a webcam.  But more importantly the dogs do not have
anything but the concrete floors and bare walls.  The outside area is worse, it's just a fenced parking lot without shade or grass.
The staff was very nice, seemed knowledgable and friendly.
I'm taking my dog some where else now but would use this place again if I had to, just not my preference.  A webcam to know if my dog was having a good time or not would make a big difference.

"Hi [member name removed]- Thank you for letting us know how we can make the experience better for you and for your pets! Over the past several months, we have made some exciting improvements: First, we recovered all of the play area floors with a beautiful faux wood tile that is not only aesthetically pleasing for our puppy parents but wears better while giving the dogs a cool, clean and sanitary surface to spend their day, Second, we reconfigured our play areas so that now we have 4 separate play spaces-one for puppies, one for small dogs, one for medium dogs and one for large dogs. By doing this we were able to increase the amount of play space for all our guests and allow better play group formation. Third, we have added Puppy Playground ramps stairs and bridges in each of our large and small dog play areas and we are awaiting the arrival of similar equipment for our Puppy and Medium dog areas. Fourth, we recovered our outside tent which is 20 x 30 and also installed several cantilever restaurant style umbrellas to increase the amount of shade areas in the back yards. Fifth, we have added a weekly activity day to ensure our guests and our clients have plenty of fun! We offer such weekly games and activities as- puzzle day, laser chaser, ball chase, agility day, paw painting day, ice cream social and many other activities. We really appreciate your business and your review and feedback, we will continue to update you with future changes to our facility and look forward to seeing you again soon."

It's a doggie day care and boarding place.  They do boarding, VIP training, doggie day care, grooming and spa.  They don't do house-sitting.  They charge more on Christmas, but it was reasonable.  It was a little more than it would be to board the dog at the vet.  The vet is on a busy street and this one is on an industrial park area.  It's very quiet and they have play area for the dogs.  They've got luxury suites as well.  I'm planning on using them again in the future.

We were not sure of the site so my husband stopped off unannounced to see if he could check out the location and services. When he walked in and stated that we might want to board our dogs he was immediately offered a tour. The location was clean, the employees were friendly and there was no antiseptic/kennel smell. Since then we have boarded our dogs several times. Each time we have been able to drop the dogs off by 7 a.m. They play all day with other dogs. As large dogs they are kept with other large dogs and the small dogs are kept in a separate area. We have observed them while playing and they are watched by the employees who obviously love what they do. The staff is courteous and extremely friendly. When we pick up our dogs they are hesitant to leave and are always exited to go back. The site also offers day care and special services such as training, grooming and various 'spa' services. In the end we receive a report card for their stay. A wonderful find.

I checked out a lot of places around the area and was most impressed by their facility. I was given a tour and was allowed to observe their interactions with the dogs. There are two pen areas for large and small dogs and both have ample room for the animals to run around in. I was impressed that they always have a person in the pens, not just a video monitoring system. They have a few choices for kennels at night and while it was few dollars more than other places it felt well worth it. The staff was also very patient with us, enduring tedious questions from a first time doggy daddy. Our puppy was dropped off on a Friday morning and picked up on Monday morning and was none the worse for wear. She also received training there, but I'll put that in the appropriate category.
