As the store only had two bracelets on hand that would possibly fit for our needs-- and these were estate jewelry, a sales person was extremely helpful and patient in helping us look for others in a catalog. Another gentlemen, who we assumed was the store owner, then explained that the estate jewelry was a far superior value versus a new one that we considering from the catalog. His explanation made perfect sense and he agreed to transfer the charm without an additional charge. As we liked the estate bracelet, we bought it and felt that we were treated very fairly and respectfully. When we have additional needs for jewelry or repairs, we will certainly return to Van Dell.

He does exceptional work. He caters to every crowd. There is nothing too big or too small. He's very honest. He's punctual. If something is delayed he will call you and let you know what's going on. He keeps you posted. He explains everything to you. I've used him for years. The staff is very nice and I will continue to use him in the future.
