Excellent! Robert was very punctional, and did a great job replacing my kitchen sink soft close cabinet hinges which broke. He replaced the hinges with a better quality soft close hinge. I am very pleased with his work and would hire again.

We are very pleased with the custom made cabinets we purchased from Unique Touch Cabinetry. The cabinets look great and more importantly are very well-made. Robert McIntosh is a craftsman and was able to do the difficult work of installing the base within the tile cut out created by our builder not tiling under the cabinets. He is reliable and will show up as scheduled and do the work as promised. He indicated making the cabinets would take about a month and his estimate was exact. He is also a professional and gave us a written contract with full details of what was included in the job and the size of the cabinets to be constructed. We had had a small miscommunication about the length of the cabinet, which was easy to correct in the paperwork stage and the final product was even better than we had hoped. A tip for anyone trying to do a smaller job like this-take the time to do a to scale drawing of the entire room. It makes it much easier to explain your job and to get a quote as well as keeping track of the size and dimensions you want when the job goes to contract. Robert came by to confirm the drawing and made a few suggestions that helped us get the best results. I have recommended Robert McIntosh and his company to friends and recommend them to you as well. We got custom work completed and installed for approximately the price Lowes would have charged just for the cabinets.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Robert of Unique Touch. I searched for months for a company to create a pantry to match my existing cabinets. So many were very expensive or not professional. Roberts price was fair, he was on time for all appointments and the cabinets turned out exactly as I wanted. I could not be happier and would recommend this company to anyone.

Robert removed our old cabinets in the Spring, built the cabinets over the summer, then installed them when we got back in the Fall.
We were surprised and impressed with the amount of work that went into the installation.  Everything was absolutely level, with no gaps, and every feature we had asked for.  We had two 3" spice racks filling an otherwise empty space, a tray cabinet, bookcase, fiip down  front for the sink ... all done with beautiful workmanship.
Roberts price - for custom cabinets made of furniture grade plywood was well below the Lowes and Home Depot quotes for manufactured products.
Make sure you leave enough time for Robert to do the quality of work you want.  He is busy, but will tell you the schedule he can meet.
