Two Girls and a Bucket, LLC

This company was recommended to me by a good friend of mine which is the reason why I gave them so many more chances than they deserved. The first time they came and cleaned I was not blown out of the water by the cleaning (especially since I had sent the owner a written detailed information on how I want each room done), but from hiring previous cleaning services I knew it would take a few times to work out any kinks. As time went on things did not improve and I contacted the owner. The owner was very good about keeping good communication with me as far as responding to my phone call. But she does not come on site while the job is being done nor does she come to inspect the job after it is done. The problem is that if there is anything ever questionable it is hard to prove my point to her because it is my word against her employees. (Why do I need to prove anything anyways??) My husband and I run a business out of our home and noticed that money was missing ($150 to be exact) from our petty cash fund. We keep exact amount in same bills so when it goes missing we know it. I reached out to the owner and she and I both came to resolve the situation by bringing in new girls. I had never experienced being stolen from cleaning companies in all the years I've had a cleaning service. She apologized for the offense did not offer any type of retribution for the money being stolen, there simply an apology and it did not go any further than that. I probably should have just stopped the service at that point but the new girls she brought in were slightly better then the previous girls. After a few times of them coming out the owner and I came to an agreement that we would have a set price for the cleaning as long as everything was done and no corners were cut. Which also at this time she asked me to write her a written recommendation letter which I honestly told her I could not as I don't think I would have anything to recommend at this point. After a while one of the regular girls that had been coming was replaced by a guy and I noticed the work being done was not as good. As for the work they did, I noticed that they were only doing the obvious cleaning (cutting corners) and they were getting the work done much faster than the normal amount of time it takes them. The last time they were here was when it got sour as I noticed they did not vacuum two rooms, didn't mop the dining room floor or clean the window and window sills as I noticed hand prints, on top of other things that were not done. I took pictures and sent it to the owner and she basically told me that I could not tell the difference between different vacuum marks. I ended up emailing the owner back and letting her know that they were no longer going to be coming back. I also learned from emailing back and forth with the owner that the two girls who stole the money from me do not work for this company anymore. The owners response to my feedback was that she has her opinions and I have mine which I can only deduce that she means to imply that I am lying? What I have are facts and the facts are that they did not clean where they were suppose to. I have pictures to prove that it wasn't done. I gave this company more than enough chances to prove themselves as they cleaned my home for 6+ months and I would not recommend them to anyone.
