The President, Alex, was a very good salesman. He was late by an hour coming to house for a quote with no call. However, he woo'd us with a good price, ability to do job quickly, and a 10 year warranty on paint, that to my understanding was going to be Sherwin Williams. His workers came out quickly once we chose a few paint samples, however there was no guidance on what might look best on our home. We picked colors and the 2 workers started quickly, with Valspar paint, not a Sherwin Williams, and Finished the job within a week. The trim color we chose ended up not looking good and the wood siding we have in a few large areas of the house looked like they were barely painting and needed more coats. The workers said they were done and requested final payment. It was difficult to get ahold of Alex to tell him my concerns. He finally responded and came by the home to check it out. He basically said the wood siding was old and the paint was acceptable in those areas. It clearly was not. We could see the old paint color showing through. My husband had to argue with him that it was unacceptable end needed to be fixed. And in reference to the trim color we chose and disliked, he stated he didn't think it was going to look that good but didn't want to say anything because if we changed the color to something he recommended and we did not like it, he would be responsible. He offered us another price to have his workers change the trim color, and while they were at it they'd touch up the areas we thought needed it. We were unhappy with his attitude and customer service. He ended up sending a different worker out the next week to do the trim and touch up work. This guy came alone and was such a hard worker. He genuinely wanted to make it right. However Alex kept calling him asking if he was done yet and advised him to only touch up the spots we point out basically. Keep in mind, All the wood siding needed another coat. Alex was impossible to get ahold of during all this, and was very argumentative. I told the worker to call Alex and explain what's taking so long, that the trim and siding needed more coats. On the phone, I could hear Alex say that I dont know what I'm talking about and that he'll handle me. We got to a point where we didn't want him or his workers on our property again. Since we were paying for it now though, we had the worker finish. None if this was his fault and he ended up doing a great job despite the company President, Alex, being terrible to work with. We gave payment via check. A few months later, the worker who fixed the problems and did the good work contacted me saying that Alex never paid him for the work he did at our home, which took over 2 full days, along with a few other jobs. That disgusted me. I'd never recommend this company to anyone. Alex is a smooth talker, that's it.

Triple Quality painting contacted shortly after initial contact. Showed up for the appointment on time. Quote was reasonable, and painters came painted exterior and interior, very hot and cleaned up!
