When my water heater flooded the house, I was completely overwhelmed, but their team made the whole process so much easier. They showed up quickly, got right to work, and kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. They didn’t just remove the water—they made sure everything was properly dried to prevent any future issues like mold. Their communication was top-notch, always letting me know what was happening and what to expect next. Dealing with a flooded house is stressful, but having a team like Thunder Restoration made all the difference. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting my home back to normal. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of water damage restoration!

I live in a condo with upstairs neighbors. I have had now three leaks from above, which have been a nightmare. I have used Thunder Restoration for all of them. In this day and age, it is a rare thing to find promptness expertise and fair pricing, but Thunder Restoration hits all these marks. I have called for the leaks and they are here within a couple of hours dealing with the problem Controlling the leaks and doing excellent restoration services. I cannot speak. More highly of them. It is a rare thing in the stand age to have such an amazing company that I know I can always rely on.

The thunder team did an excellent job. Called them because I had a leak in my roof. Hired them to reroof my property and ended up very happy with the work performed. Very friendly and family focused company.

Thunder Restoration has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning of our mold remediation process to the reconstruction of our bathrooms and storage unit. Pleasant and competent team. Spanish speaking but primaries speak English as well. Finished job in time estimated. Followed up on requests quickly. Kept area clean and removed all trash. Prices were reasonable. Will call on them again if we need services.

Gus was extremely helpful and always responsive. He worked with me on all phases of the project, mold testing, removal, leak repair, and completing the rebuild. And all of this was done very rapidly. While mold is not something I want to deal with again, I absolutely would call Gus and his team first.

Gus the owner was very nice and. He handled the mold job. Water damage. All his work was first class. He and his supervisor Giovani. We're so nice They did all my little handy man Jobs for free as favors. Even installed a lock on front door. They also rebuilt the walls matched the paint and texture real quality for great price. He had to remove a/c washer and dryer. He had AC people acid wash my AC and put new register door on AC. All restored to better condition.than before. Just use Gus at Thunder Restoration!! I'm so Impressed.

I had to trust them, since I could not be there during the work, being a snowbird and not being able to travel to the U.S. because of Covid-19. My condo sitter took over for me and she assured me that Rescue Clean 911 did a wonderful job! They even called me afterwards to let me know how it went and reassured me that all mold was removed and I did not have to worry about it coming back. I found Anthony very empathic!

Gus was completely professional and worked smoothly with our insurance to remove the mold in our entry way of our condo. Everything was done in the timely manner he told us it would take and he communicated with us along the way. We just returned today and the job was as good as weâ d hoped it would be.
