I have been working in the cleaning business for 15 years as a seasonal cleaning only.But now I am hoping to expand my business and offer a year round service and determined to continue bringing 100% satisfaction to my present and future costumers. I am Licensed, Insured,and Bonded. My cleaning services fee is $25 per hour per person.

She dusts, cleans tile floors, vacuums, and cleans kitchen and baths to
my satisfaction. She will, on request, attend to details on a as-needed

They cleaned for 3 1/2 hours. We called them prior to them coming out and they stated it would be $25.00 an hour. Two people came out and at the end of the time they stated $50.00 and hour. She said it was $25.00 a person this was not discussed previously. She did give us 10% discount for being a first time member. We feel that this was deceptive. They cleaned, they did an okay job with cleaning.

"[REMOVED NAME] I am very sorry that you didn't clearly understand my cleaning fee. I did stated by phone that it was $ 25 dollars( man) hour and again when I arrived at your house. If I had come by myself I would have been there from 8am until 3:00pm that would have been 7 hours. But I had another job so I had to bring a helper so we cut the time in half, but we still spent 7 hours because there were two of us working at the same pace non stop for 31/2 hours. I understand you were satisfy with our cleaning service so I hope you will reconsider and call us back for your future cleanings. Sorry for the miscommunication. For future reference the fee is $25dlls. per person per hour. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Any review good or bad is better than none."

My wife and I highly recommend this cleaning service! The owner has years of professional cleaning experience, but just starting her own business a few short months ago. I'm sure that is why there are only a few reviews thus far! I was not only impressed with the completed job, but how everyone spoke excellent English and paid attention to detail. They an excellent job listening to our desires, using their time wisely and cleaning to my "personal high standard." Every other service we have used, had their own way of doing things. I never could understand why it's so hard for cleaners to just do what we ask. Thorough Cleaning seemed pleasantly happy to know what we expected and then checked back to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I spoke with the owner a bit about how she deals with clients (as everyone has different desires). I was impressed with her ability to articulate dealing with different scenarios. For example, if you want a 3000 sqft house cleaned properly, it going to take more than a couple hours. With that said, they are willing to clean as much or as little as you desire. Their pricing is in the average range, but fracturing in the immaculate cleaning, great communication and how efficient they are...I feel we have one heck of a good deal!!

We had used another cleaner for a while - until she moved out of state. I called Maria to schedule a cleaning - her response was fast and we agreed on a date. Maria arrived on time - and that was the best part of the cleaning. After showing her around the house - 2 bedroom + office (which I asked to not to clean - just to sweep). We have tile floors everywhere except two bedrooms which have carpeting. She stated that 3.5 hours might not be enough time. Ok - it usually took 3 hours to clean in the past, but I thought, wow she must be really detail-oriented.
Maria spent an hour in the master bath. Not impressed. The corners of the shower door and wc weren't even touched. She asked for a step stool - she should have that in her supplies, as she is very short. The corners of the solid surface stove were not cleaned. I intentionally left a spot on the kitchen floor - still there when she was done. She didn't even touch the tub or the front of the toilet in the second bathroom. Also, she said that she didn't dust the tops of the pictures because she didn't have time.
She spent 3.5 hours here - didn't look much different. And here's the kicker - since she spent 3.5 hours - she charged me for 4 hours (how about the top of those pictures??). I just wanted her to leave. I felt ripped-off.
Needless to say, that was the last time I used her.

I thought she was fabulous. She showed me areas that really need additional work, but I explained that I cannot afford more services right now and she was great about it. I felt that she was honest (VERY important to me as the last people stole money!), ethical, and really committed to doing the best job possible.
After working with a company that sent me different people each time, I really wanted someone I can get to know and trust. Plus, she is just a likable person who clearly has an excellent work ethic. I enthusiastically and fully recommend Maria for cleaning your house.
UPDATE: I didn't continue with this cleaner due to her having scheduling issues and letting me know after she was due to show up. I am not going to change my rating as the first time as you can see above, she exceeded expectations.

She is always prompt. If for some reason she cannot come, she always calls and tries to come at an alternative time. This happens very rarely. Maria is very conscientious and cleans very well. She is flexible and willing to listen if something is not right. And, she is as honest as can be. We often go away and she has the key to our home and comes in and cleans at her regular time. Nothing has every been missing.
