It’s a national franchise.  The bay roof was fine, but no other roofer would do the connection between the flat roof and the bay roof. The original owner didn’t fix the flat roof right, and I found soft spots in the flat roof. I ended up repairing it, and it took a long time. The pitched roof cost me $3500, and the flat roof cost me $1000. I had a five year warranty, and two years later I had a leak in the flat roof. It was a pretty thin leak. I got the old bill out and I called the same number. I asked for the salesman I had dealt with earlier, and they said that there was nobody there by that name. So I told him what the problem was. He said that they had bought the franchise, but  they don’t stand behind the previous franchise’s work. I know that they are buying the reputation, and the goodwill, and to do that, they should stand behind all the warranties that were in place. The only way to get them with the goods is to go to court, but of course I didn’t do it. I went up and fixed it myself. The last guys didn’t do any work, and the previous guys didn’t get the roof fixed. There are a lot of small roofing companies with a lot of problems, but this is a national chain. I called them to fix my problem, and they just left me in the lurch.

They did a great job, were very friendly, were easy to deal with, and they showed up on time. They cleaned up and did a great job. The price was fine, they were very good. They came, were very professional, and did their job.
