am tremendously impressed with this company, their work ethic, customer service and employees. I needed to have two broken blinds that were only three years old replaced. Instead of charging me, Alex confirmed that they were covered by the manufacturer warranty and he was able to replace them at no cost except for the installation fee. Alex kept me up to date about my order, and always came to my home on time. He made sure everything was perfect with the installation, and he and his assistant never stopped smiling. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Shades & More, are the most professional & reliable taking orders & delivering. Calling the business, telephone service is excellent. Ordering, they are absolutely precise. If there are any mistakes, it is immediately resolved. They help with your selection. Workmanship is beautiful! Installation.......! Is absolutely perfect. I would only deal with them.

Custom orders such as this are not quick so do not expect to have your windows complete in a week.  The expectations were set right from the beginning and our order came in slightly before expected.  The installation was scheduled quickly and everything fit perfect and was installed with perfection.  The team is efficient, pleasant and truly expert.

They came to our home and measured the windows. We sat with them and selected the model we wanted. They were ordered and arrived in 5 weeks. Their installer contacted us and set up a day and time. He arrived on schedule. The work progressed smoothly. The installer was careful and exacting. He cleaned up after the work was done. My wife and I are very satified.

They showed up on time to do an estimate. I received my shutters in a timely manor, and they were installed beautifully. I had them do my whole house, and I recommend them completely. They were very clean and professional. I had checked other shades places, and they were the most reasonable. There products were very good quality. I would actually need two more Windows done, and I will definitely use Shades and More. You will not be making a mistake.

The process went like the proverbial clockwork. Everything was timely and precise. The installers knew their craft, and they were neat and tidy, to boot ! They were a pleasure to work with, and they were responsive to small follow up details that arose -- including a software glitch that made the shade motor work erratically one day.

From start to finish each installation was a pleasure. Webb is a joy to deal with and his employees are knowledgeable and professional. We had one small issue with a spot on one of the shades which was quickly corrected free of charge and in an expeditious manner. In the store's showroom there are numerous samples and several books to assist in picking just the right product for your home. We have had a lot of work done in our house and Webb and Shades n More were the best!!

Shades and More is a fame;y owned business.  Webb and Lori, the owners, couldn't be nicer or more professional people.  They came out themselves for our original consultation and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted.  The quality of the materials is excellent, the time frame was as expected and installation was easy and uneventful.  The drapery upstairs is stunning.  I would highly recommend Shades and More to anyone looking for window treatments or anything else for their home.  Customer service (usually dealt with Aubrie, their daughter) was always very professional as well and all questions and concerns were addressed immediately.  They are really the nicest people and have excellent quality products and craftsmanship.  Look no further =)
