Millenium Group is top drawer. They handled my matter professionally, quietly, thoroughly, and in a very timely manner. When I had another issue arise, I turned to them again and, again, they did a great job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Well after they charged me the fifty extra dollars they gave me several contacts with information. Most of it didn't work out, all the phone numbers and emails were no longer viable but the physical mailing address did work out, I mailed him a letter and he wrote me back.
One they didn't adhered to the fee that you had promised me that originally sold me on it and the second thing was most of the information they gave me was incorrect.
Millennium Group I really have no problems with, they did the job that I hired them for.

As far as our "not adhering to the fee you had promised me that originally sold me on it", I'm mystified how, after first reading and agreeing to the discount offer on Angie's List and then my explaining it again over the phone, and then re-explaining via e-mail, there can be such a misunderstanding. The deal you purchased is titled (in bold print): "$150 for $250 Credit Toward Private Investigation". It is NOT called, "Any Investigation You Want, Paid In Full For One Flat Fee Of $150". This offer, as clearly stated in writing on Angie's website, is intended solely for longer term investigations (such as surveillance), and not for smaller, fixed-fee services such as the locate you requested. We, however, bent the rules in an attempt to keep an Angie's List customer happy. That effort was evidently lost on you. Here is a portion of the e-mail we wrote to you at the beginning of our exchange to further explain to you how the "deal" works: Please see (below) the last line of the Angie's List agreement you signed. As we previously explained, our standard charge for a "locate" is $300. The $100 savings you got thru Angie's List should NOT apply to a flat-fee service such as this. We are, however, honoring that discount as a courtesy to you. In essence, you are getting a $300 service for $200 (33% off). Understand that Angie keeps a portion of the $150 you sent to them as their "service charge" to us so, in the end, we are doing this for about 1/2 price. "[Member Name Removed], although we were as clear as possible at the outset regarding how much investigative time we could put into your case based on your limited budget, you asked us to "give it a shot". Please understand that private investigation is not an all-you-can-eat buffet where you pay one price for as much investigation as you want. Our standard billing rate is $100 per man-hour plus expenses. For your case we went well over what you paid (putting in more like 3 or 4 hours of work plus expenses) in a good-faith effort to get the info you wanted. In the end, we lost money on this transaction but you evidently wanted more from us. Sorry it didn't work out."

I was very very very unhappy with them. It was a terrible experience in many different ways. What I had done, and it cost a fortune, a back ground check on my sister and law knowing that she had been arrested in the 90's. Everything they brought to me was wrong. Then I had two social media searches done by them that were hundreds of dollars to have done. I let a week go by and I called and he asked if they needed something signed. He said we will go and pick it up. They finally received it the 20th after waiting from the second. Then I waited another 5 days and called them up and he said we finally oh we just picked it up yesterday and I had to pay somebody to sit on line and wait for this and I was like you are telling me this why. When I get the report back it was ridiculous.

It is still a work in process. It wasn't what I thought it would be. They got information back for me. It worked out good for me. I'm still in the process but it's good. They are pretty helpful. Correspondence is through email.

I met a wonderful man who seems too good to be true and I am very nutty
so it seemed impossible that this guy has never been married and is
after 3 weeks talking to me about marriage and kids. So since I just got
out of a 12 year relationship my really terrible self had him checked
out. The wonderful people at The Millennium Group cleared him as single
and never married and he is a DOCTOR!!! So if I don't ruin it Yay! I
hope it works out. Millennium even told me his birthday. :-)

Initially, Brad was very responsive to emails. I provided him with a lot of information on the missing person, her parents and siblings.
I got a response within a couple days with an address and phone number. The address is her brother's, but is it the address she used on her DL and to register her vehicle several years ago (I had provided Brad with her TX DL #, her last known TX license plate number - because I'd already gone to this level trying to find her). The phone number he provided was no longer in service.
I responded to Brad that I already had this information as it was easily available by using her full name and GOOGLE. I provided him with the web links to 411.info and Advanced Background Checks (both of which are free) and they both had the same information he provided me (for $250). I told him I already had this old address, had determined it was her brother's, had previously tried that phone number, came up empty and that's why I was hiring him to find her current address & phone information. I asked if he had any more resources or would be doing any further research to find the missing person?
Brad never replied.
When I searched Angie's List for Private Investigators near me - Angie's List offered me this "Deal" and I failed to notice that it wasn't local and instead out of state (Florida based). That means there isn't going to be any local contacts (gas, electric company, DMV, local government clerks, etc) or "foot" work being done. I should've noticed this before purchasing the "Deal".
Before doing business with The MiIlennium Group, I recommend due diligence using full name google searches, use the web sites I mention above and then if you still need help finding a missing person - hire someone that is local to you or the missing person you are seeking.

Brad and his company did exactly what they said they were going to do, they located my old friend in a quick and timely manner. However, that's not what most impressed me about their company. It was the customer service that I received. I prefer to do business with people that I can develop a relationship with, people that I can trust to just do the right thing. Unfortunately, good relationships are things that are hard to find in business these days. BUT! From my experience, Brad is definitely the kind of guy you want working for you.
