I was given an appointment of 2 PM with a 1 hour window. Frank D called that he was on his way and arrived at 2:15. Everything the owner described that would be done, was done. Frank was professional and reviewed what he did and what he found. I was extremely satisfied with the service that was performed. I have hired vent cleaning services before, but none were as thorough as this company. It all comes down to "you get what you pay for!" I will be using this company again next year as I plan on cleaning the vent on an annual basis.

I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and he gave me DVC’s number. They were extremely responsive and timely. Matt suggested a slight modification to make the dryer work more efficiently. Reasonably priced and very professional.

I didn't even watch them and they left. It was like 30 minutes. I do think I would use them again. I would tell someone to use them. I don't have any complaints. It was just on guy. They clean up. It works, my drier isn't clogging up.

Did not use them. But did find another vendor on your list that said I'll be there in 45 minutes. By the great reviews this provider got I expected a lot more from them. I was very disappointed.

He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, was efficient with work and clean-up.

Matt is an excellent professional who does an outstanding job-he squeezed me into his schedule within 24 hours and did a great job with a very clogged dryer vent at the end of a very long day for him. I highly recommend his services.

Matt and his wife kept me well informed on when he would be arriving. He is very personable and professional. Cleaned the laundry room of all lint. Will definitely schedule him for future visits.
