Larry kept me informed as the entire project was planned, in-process, and to completion. He consulted me on all decisions requiring my input. His estimate of timeline to complete the project, and the cost of the project, were exacting. He provided me options for my repair work, with costs and timelines for each option. Larry is great to work with. Highest recommendation I can give. We need more home improvement professionals like Larry.

They charged us $1881 for 3 blackout drapes. Theyre dirty, and have holes in them. Lindas answer was that (blackout does show the stiches). So now we have drapes with little holes all the way around them. And dirt spots with what looks like whiteout on them. They are wrinkled. Linda and Larry came back to steam them and soon as they dried they are back to being wrinkled. She also told be that it was clearly written on the contract that there is no refund. If anyone would like to see pictures of them I would love to share them. Do not use this company you will be very upset.

"This is a customer who was looking to NOT PAY FOR HER CUSTOM DRAPERIES. It became cleat after she started with the complaints about the price before the draperies were even hung. She ordered what she thought she wanted but may have changed her mind when the look was not what she wanted. She wanted to cancel this order and get something else for no charge. We made many attempts to satisfy her. None of which she would accept or try."

Larry returned my inquiry so promptly. He came that very afternoon due to the fact that my husband uses the recliner very much because of previous back surgery. Larry immediately understood the necessity to come ASAP! I also had some skirts on two dining chairs that I wanted removed and necessary touch-up to the wooden arms on the remaining 6 chairs...all done so perfectly! Knowledgeable, efficient courteous and so professional. Problem solved! Chairs look like new! Recliner working perfectly. I will call upon this company again and again for anything needing to be done. Will highly recommend to friends and family! They are the very best! Be assured that I will recommend them.
