So, this place is total scam, high pressure tactics and total lies. So he explained they will do a retro fit and a new wind mitigation with roof credits. So i paid half down and asked for images before the roof was closed and was a little worried he wouldn't show me images and says the mitigation company has them. So then i waited two weeks for the mitigation company to come out , not because they are booked because he still uses faxes , doesn't email , text or confirm appointments . So then he finally came and then told me i cannot get the roof credit without the permit from the city and said he will work on it. Months later i bothered and bothered no one came through for me. So then i called Renee the owner, explained this is ridiculous and you did not say at all what you said you were going to do. Then he argued and like a baby asked me where i was threatening me to meet up and lets solve this like men. I thought he was a huge clown to take the route of violence with a paying customer . STAY away from this company

After the contract was signed, the Sunshine was very informal in coming and going. The garbage container was left on my driveway for about a month. Only after repeated calls was it removed. After the final inspection was passed, and YGrene paid Sunshine the contracted amount, Sunshine sent me a bill for $1,500, stating that additional work, "renailing the trusses". When I asked for them to show me on the work order, they ignored my request and threatened to place a lien on my house. Fortunately, YGrene provided me with a copy of a notarized release from Sunshine. The owner is a dishonest man. His workers are decent people, who do good work. Mr Jaimes, is not a trustworthy person. Careful in dealing with him. Review before signing.

all work completed in two days to my satisfaction. Inspection completed 2 days later and passed with no additional work required

When the roof leaked again, I called and got no response.  I physically went to their office and wanted a refund.  He refused and had someone came out again and repaired the leak.  There was no sign for "Skyhigh Roofing" at the office and they shared the office with an attorney.   However, I found out recently that the area on the roof he was walking, many tiles were cracked and broken.  (I had all the tiles replaced and repaired by another company prior to them being up there).  When I called them this week the phone is disconnected so I went to their website and got another number.  I finally got someone and he said the warranty is only good for new roofs,not repairs.  He was going to come back out to check cracked tiles, but I told him not to bother , I will get someone else. Do not use this company.  They are crooks.  

They had a high turnaround rate. They would have only one person who would show up and not come back. They would send teams out who would leave in the middle of the day or during their lunch break. They would sporadically show up to do the work: I would see them for one week and they wouldn't come back for two. They switched foreman's on me about three or four times so I couldn't have anyone to report problems. Whoever was in charge would only show up to collect a check, not make sure the work was getting done properly. There were a few workers who were there from A-Z and cleaned up after themselves properly, but they had poor management. The way the rooms look is amazing like I've never had a problem, but I had to go through h*** to get it done. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES hire   Skyhigh Roofing and Siding! I hired Skyhigh to repair a small flashing leak and this experience has turned into a nighmare for me. Not only did Skyhigh not repair the leak correctly, after many attempts, but caused more damage that I had before. They broke several cement roof tiles, left a hole in my roof, moldy  plywood, a huge hole in my garage ceiling from now pouring rain water into my garage. By the way, on the last attempt, I was told not to let anyone on the roof for thirty days while the repair sunstance" set". Only when my handyman asked why I had a hole in my roof, did I discover that Skyhigh had left a gapping hole in my roof and broken tiles.  They got away with it because the weather was pretty much dry for awhile. I certainly knew there was a hole, later when we had very heavy rains and the garage was flooded. The reparman lied to my face, when he left and said"you should not have anymore problems with the roof ...mam....I guarentee it!"
These contractors should not be in business. I am a senior citizen and I am lucky that I am able to follow up and hire a new contractor. The cost to repair Skyhigh's repair, find new matching roof tiles, put in new plywood, drywall and find a painter for the garage ceiling is 
costing me now.....thousands. I have photos....if you need them.
IF SKYHIGH ROOFING WOULD DELIBERTLY LEAVE A  HUGE HOLE IN MY ROOF AND THINK THAT I WOULD NOT FIND OUT....IS OUTRAGEOUS. THIS ACTION SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW!

I had no problem with their service. There was small issue after they intially completed the project, but they were very responsive and resolved everything fully. I think they are a reliable, professional company.

They didn't do what they were supposed to and didn't do a good job at all. They left certain things undone before they re-did the roof. They have had to come back 2 times to take off tar that was on places it was not supposed to be. Now my roof doesn't look very good and they were slow, didn't care what the roof looked like and didn't properly fix small things before trying to fix the bigger problems. The roof did pass inspection but it does not look good cosmetically. I would not recommend this company.

With such scary stories about Floridians being ripped off by contractors after the hurricanes, I felt relieved when crews showed up to do work. The original sales rep from Sky High was able to negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf which was great because of all the hassle with hurricane damage and insurance companies. He has since left the company. None of the workers speak English so you can't ask them for any updates on the work. We did pass inspections (so far - final city inspection pending) but they have damaged our driveway, ripped or damaged the rain gutters and at times seem like they want to start a fight with us over payment. It seems like every time I called the office to ask about when they were coming back they were always going to be there next week. I felt if I didn't call, my work would have never been scheduled.
