Very positive experience. The crew arrived a little bit ahead of schedule and did a thoroughly professional job power washing our roof and outer gutter surfaces as well as our driveway and patio pavers. He quoted a very competitive price for the entire job, and he stuck to that price even after the job required almost 1.5 hours more work than anticipated. He did not ask for additional payment to cover the extra time, but we wrote him a check for more than the agreed price. We appreciated his honesty and integrity.

Mateo was the only one of 10 different companies I contacted that offered an Eco-Friendly cleaning, and took the time to explain the difference to me. It was well worth it, as the house is without gutters, and has sensitive vegetation surrounding it. The price was less expensive than some of the chemical soft washes I was quoted, AND he sent before and after pictures. The original colors of the tiles have been restored. Awesome to find a company like this.

Would NOT recommend anyone use these people! I wish I could leave zero stars. I paid for roof, house, patio, and driveway to be power washed. They false advertised that they use environmentally friendly products but you can smell the bleach. After the job was done my grass started dying from the roof run off. I called and Matt came to survey the damage and told me he would paint it as by the time I finally reached them he claimed the grass was starting to grow back. He claimed putting new sod would not look right because it would grow uneven. I agreed to let him paint it and he was going to come back once the paint came in. For a month I didnt hear from him and when I was finally able to reach him, he scheduled a date to come paint that week. Needless to say, no one showed up. When I called to ask why, he said the gate wouldnt let him in which is a lie because they log and call EVERY time someone shows up, which never happened. He scheduled another date to come and again no one showed up. 30 min after the schedule time, I called and someone picked up the phone then immediately hung up. I called back, the phone went to voicemail so I left a message. 5 min later I get a text message that says Good morning we wont be able to be there... your grass is really no grass to be spray and to be honest most of it is dirt so at this point we are moving forward. After receiving the text, I called the company and Matt was very unprofessional and rude telling me they werent coming to do any work on my property that I need to take care of it myself. I told him I only want him to fix what he damaged and what was agreed to. He claimed my grass wasnt tall enough to paint so he wasnt going to waste anymore time on it. Truly shameful. Not sure how they have any good reviews because they are terrible!!!!

Mateo was quite good in the explanation of his work on our home, both roof and windows. He was very honest and appropriate to the work ahead. and the work turned out just as he explained. And, that was very fine and detailed work. i recommend this crew and his leadership on any home, window. they are quite good.

Very polite and accommodating. The roof looks great. I also had them clean the gutters. I have a lot of cypress and the cleanup could have been a little better, but not bad enough to prevent me from using them again by any means. Nice people.
