Went better than I expected.

The owner's wife was very helpful with scheduling and sending in paperwork to the HOA, which was necessary to get the install request approved by the architecture board. She even spoke directly with the HOA to clarify a point which was helpful instead of me being a middle-man and trying to explain it myself. With regard to scheduling, we had agreed on an install date, but it needed to be moved (understandable as there was some recent rains which probably pushed back their schedule). I quickly suggested an alternate date but I didn't hear back until the following week (but that was Thanksgiving week, so again understandable).  Upon speaking to her we quickly scheduled an install date that was only a few days later.
Before the service was performed they came out again just to confirm the color of the gutters to install, as they needed match our existing gutters. We were pretty sure it was just plain white, but they were nice to come back instead of just using pictures to estimate the correct color.
On the day the service was performed they were a little late but they called ahead to let us know that they were waiting for some materials. The job was done in about 3 hours, right inline with their estimate.
Overall I am very pleased with the service and work done.

Very excellent! There were some challenging aspects to the job that they handled quite well and cleaned up after themselves. We were extremely pleased.
