When Stephen came, I told him EXACTLY what I wanted, but he told me that what "I" wanted was not a good idea! He went through the process to tell me EXACTLY why it would be better to do it his way and he even saved me money on supplies and labor! He also cleaned my grout (other companies told me olmost twice he price), regrouted my bathroom floors (he took out the grout and then put the grout back in, other handy men told me that they would put the grout over the one that was already there) and he even cut back some over grown plants by my front door without me even telling him to do it. I think he over head me talking to my boyfriend that I wanted it done! He didnt even tell me, like he did not care for recognition! That is why I will ALWAYS use hime! He is very KIND and HONEST!
