State Energy Inc

I have been using State Energy for over 10 years on multiple rental and personal residences. Their service is excellent, their pricing is always the best and they stand behind their warranties. I would highly recommend them for your AC needs in the Palm Beach area.

Last week, State Energy Inc. arrived to replace my air cooling and heating system, which had died
at an old age. I couldn't find a thing to complain about. There is nothing about this experience I would change.
The servicemen were knowledgeable, courteous, they did a fine job and then cleaned up after themselves.
Next day the principal of the company called to make sure I was satisfied, and today I received a box of
fudge brownies from her. They are extremely nice people and that, coupled with the fact that they did a
skillful job, makes me feel confident in recommending them.

At 1:15 am 12/28 the water heater went. I called State Engergy at 9 am and had a tech at my door to access the situation by 11 am. The tech left, bought the replacement heater, and was back at my house by 1 pm. The two men worked quietly and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and left no signs they had been there. They answered my questions and were very polite. I have used them for a/c work in the past and had the same experience. I wouldn't call anyone else. I left the cost of my job out because it didn't affect my decision to call them.

I called the office this morning to report that we had an AC that was constantly shutting off and not cooling well. After my on site maintenance team was unable find the problem we called Robin at State Energy. She had a tech out to our property within an hour and he diagnosed the problem quickly and had the repairs completed within hours of our initial call. My resident is now enjoying a cool apartment for their weekend ahead. I have to also say that this is only one of many repairs they have completed for our company and to date no one has needed further repairs. I am impressed with how Robin handles herself and makes you feel as though you are her top priority when I know that they are super busy with it being summer in Florida. Cudos to their company. Glad to see someone getting it right in a sea of contractors that just dont care.

This is a small, family owned business, which offers old fashioned, guaranteed sales and service to home and business alike. The wife and mom answers the phone, the service people are very competent, and the prices are always competitive. I've recommended their business to others, who have thanked me for my referral.

For the record: I was not asked to report on this business, but am happy to take the initiative to do so. The owners live next door to me, and i've watched their kids grow up, and the dedication to keeping their customers satisfied.
