TI hire Sport Surfaces to build my Tennis and Pickleball Facility, they help with permits and construction. The facility looks top notch and we are very happy with the service

I am writing an update because after posting my prior review and reaching out to management again, they arranged to have repairs completed on my tennis court. They delivered product, which was onsite for at least a few weeks before they arrived to do the work. Similar to my last experience, the individuals that did the work were professional. The patch work that they did was better than the original work that they did. In fact, if I had only called them to do a patch job, I would have considered it a success. However, since they were having to patch something that they improperly installed previously, I am unable to give the overall experience more than 2 stars.

We transportares their equipment to many locations in south and western Florida ... THEY WONT COME TO THE PHONE , DONT ANSWER EMAILS , Zero response whatsoever , Even Paul Gold the owner won't return my calls or emails .

Sport Surfaces performed a complete refinishing of our tennis court last Spring, including layers of cushion. The salesman was professional (Adam) and the team that did the work were hard working. However, the execution of the project was poor. There was no project manager. The PM at the time never came to see the court. The largest "birdbath" that was present before the resurfacing remains in place today and the finish around that bird bath is notably worn after less than 9 months. I have tried to work with management to rectify this matter but have either received no response or very delayed responses. There have been glimmers of progress over the last few months, with a new PM coming on board and seeming interested in rectifying the situation. However, that line of communication has ceased over the last 3-4 weeks. Despite having a two year warranty on the work that was performed, I am not optimistic about the company's interest in honoring their warranty. Hard working staff do not make up for poor execution. You may want to try Barry Peebles (Precision Courts); his family-run company seemed like a good alternative (note: I can't speak from experience, only from conversations with him and the team).

The customer service is horrible. Repeatedly no one would show up even though we were told someone was scheduled to come. Management has a bad attitude. The project is taking forever and we don't know when it will ever finish. There are quality issues for the work done to date and we homeowners don't know how and whether they will be resolved.

The tennis court at our condo community Emerald Isle needed resurfacing and a new net very badly. So we were very glad when we saw work begin on doing just that. When the work was finished the community was treated to a beautiful bright new playing surface and net. We couldn't be happier with the result and have told the property management as much. They told us that Sport Surfaces did the work and we wanted to let everyone know what a great job that they did. Now a court that got next to no use is being used everyday for most of the day. Great job!

Our condo community Emerald Isles needed a complete resurfacing of the tennis court. The result was better than we had hoped for! It really added life to what had been an otherwise dull area of the property. Residents are now actually using the court now that the resurfacing has been done. The work was done in a very timely manner as well. Beautiful. Highly recommended.

Initially it was perfect but this Spring the court cracked worse than the original cracks that were on it before the job started. All the cracks came back and their website says their resurface job would be good for 4-6 years but it cracked within 7-8 months. I have friends here that have had resurfacing jobs and then gained cracks but the company they use comes back and fixes it.

coming from the UK this property is our vacation home and we were concerned to appoint a company that we could trust. they were on time and had no issue when we changed our mind on the color and afterwards we had a problem with a well wa..ter sprinkler that did some dmage and they fixed this immediately and without any additional charge. they always dealt with us efficiently

They did a really good job. I loved it! They were really efficient and quick and the price was very reasonable. They are the only company around that responded quickly and gave us an estimate within a couple of weeks. Some of the other companies didn't even get back to us or took forever to give us an estimate.

Can't ask better service or price-wise was excellent.
