I needed to know exactly what palm trees our landscaper bought from this company. The worker, Donia said that they were Christmas palms. We did not want Christmas palms so she said that we can bring them back for an exchange. So we brought in the trees and the manager said they don't accept returns. We wanted to exchange these palms for more expensive palms so that they would make more money, (which she was charging more money for when we came in, than what she said over the phone to boot!) We left and will not give them our big landscaping job to this third world company.
